Located just a two minute walk to the Mountain House base area, Ironwood is a small group of Townhomes that gives you privacy as well as great amenities like a one car garage and a small backyard with a private hot tub! There's ample space in the home, with over 1,800 square feet on three levels. Each floor has it's own bedroom and bathroom and there are two living spaces; perfect for bringing the whole family!

The second floor main entryway is a split level. There's a lower level mud room to unpack and store gear and clothing and stairs to access the main living area with the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living area is open and inviting with vaulted ceilings, a huge gas fireplace, a full bathroom in the hallway and a nice second story deck with a BBQ that faces the slopes! The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a beautiful stone countertop that opens into the dining area. The dining area has a table with seating for 8 with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. Downstairs off of the mudroom is another living room with a TV and access to the lower level backyard and patio. The back yard is fenced and features a private hot tub! There's also a stacked washer and dryer for added convenience.

The primary suite is upstairs featuring towering ceilings, gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, a flat screen TV, and king sized bed! The en suite bathroom is huge with a nearly wall to wall vanity and duel sinks, a glass stall shower and separate soaking tub! The first guest bedroom is on the main level and features a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom is on the first floor and features a king size bed and flat screen TV. There are also two queen sleeper sofas, one in the downstairs living room, and one in the main living room.

There is a private garage that fits one car with additional space in the driveway for a second car. This townhome is great proximity to the ski slopes, with a short 2 minute walk to Mountain House base area, or an 8 minute walk to the River Run base area. If you don't feel like walking, the free Keystone Shuttle bus picks up at the next door property every 20 minutes.

SkyRun cannot provide more parking than the listing states. There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.


What to be aware of:
- Here in Keystone, none of our units have air conditioning. In the Rockies, the temperature cools off around 8 o'clock, therefore an AC is not necessary.
- No access to a pool.- Must be 25 years or older to book.
