Lovely

Lovely Apartment. Simple booking and check in process. Friendly owners and property managers. Clean, and well stocked with everything you need for pool days and beach days. Close to shops, bars and resturants with planty of parking as a car is needed to explore the area. Would 100% stay again

Urbanisation is really nice overlooking lovely pool about 20mins walk to shops and bars. Probably need bus or taxi to a nice beach

premier location lovely views

Positives ;short walk to amenities, pleasant walk to beaches. nice clean appartment. negatives.;Could do with WIFI. larger TV. Needs larger hot water tank only enough hot water for one shower at a time. Neighbours Aircon unit very noisy.No instructions for hob. Overall though a pleasant experience.

Xcellent apartment with lovely views of the complex and surrounding area inc sea views all bars shops etc are within short walking distance and it is not to hilly, it has an amazing rooftop solarium with sea views to die for ample sun beds and chairs are supplied and the sun ☀️ is there on order 24/7 really fantastic place to holiday will definitely return the apartment has everything you need could do with a bigger tv but you don’t go on holiday to watch tv

An open plan lounge dining room leads to the kitchen, with access up to the large private roof terrace with sea views. The bathroom has a four piece suite including a shower over the bath. The master double bedroom has hot and cold air conditioning, ceiling fan, and an en-suite walk in shower room. The Twin bedded second bedroom with hot and cold air conditioning, ceiling fan, overlooks the beautiful landscaped garden and child friendly pools. Sunbathing can be enjoyed on the large ground floor garden and patio, the balcony, and the very private roof terrace with panoramic sea & mountain views. From all three you can enjoy communal garden, pool and sea views. We would recommend that children are accompanied on the roof terrace, balcony and pool areas. Prost Place has Euro Metered Electricity, 100.00 One Hundred Kilowatts Free. You only pay for what you use. Fibre Net Wifi is available in the apartment, and other wifi internet services are provided in a number of locations within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. Dining out on The Costa Blanca is a very social family event. Punta Prima provides a variety of restaurants offering, Chinese, Indian, Italian, English, German and of course, Spanish cuisine. Most offer a breakfast from €3.50 and, a "Menu del Dia" - dish of the day 3 course meal, including drinks / bottle of wine - 2 persons. from €18.00. There is a local bus service every 60 minutes to and from Torrevieja. Bus stops are available within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. There are three supermarkets, Consum, Lidl, Carrefour, 5 mins drive or 10 minutes walk away. There is a children's play area close by, swings, sand pit, confidence course. Please bring your own beach towels.

With Blue Flag beaches and all the shopping you could ever want, The Costa Blanca is the perfect family 4 seasons holiday destination. Just South of Torrevieja, Los Altos is only 10 minutes walk from the many shops, bars and restaurants in Punta Prima. The nearest beach is Playa Punta Prima, a Blue Flag Beach, 5 minutes by car, or 20 minutes walk, and with others only a 10 minute drive, what a choice. Spanish markets every day of the week within an easy drive. The pick of the local stalls are Playa Flamenca on Saturday and Torrevieja on Friday. The latter is said to be the biggest in Spain and once you have walked round you will believe it. Get there early! There is a shopping centre, 10 minutes drive from the apartment La Zenia Boulevard complete with Free Wifi and a huge Free underground parking area. Café and Shopping culture wrapped in the one package!!!. There are 6 Championship Golf Courses, some within a 10 minute drive. Torrevieja, Playa Flamenca, Villamartin, La Mata, Cabo Roig and La Zenia are only a 10 minute drive away

What makes this property unique

Most coastal towns have blue flag beaches and Torrevieja has a marina full of expensive yachts. The harbour is a lovely location for a stroll or a meal in one of the many restaurants. From the fishing wharf there are boats offering excursions across the bay of Torrevieja and also over to the island of Tabarca. Nearby are the famous Salt Lakes with over 250 species of birds including pink flamingos. These natural parks have a number of marked footpaths, cycle trails and an excellent visitor centre. There are many outdoor pursuits and adventures for all ages. For the family, there is Aquapolis, a big water park with pools, hydrotubs and plenty of slides and rides. Other activities to try in the area are, horse riding, snorkelling, go-karting, tennis, scuba diving, golf, sailing, mountain biking, fishing - sea or land based, day cruising, and wind surfing.
