Very bright. very quiet condominium in a dead end. 3rd floor.

LARGE BALCONY facing south with magnificent views of the mountains and the Basilica of the Visitation.

Location: 1/4 hour walk from the city center and the Old Town.

- Kitchen: electric stove (4 ceramic hob and oven), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine tableware and utensils.

- Lounge: Table with 4 chairs + convertible sofa bed (140 x 190 bed, pillows and blankets) + 2 + Television nesting tables

- Room: a bed 2 people 140x190 (NEW MATTRESS with 5 comfort zones, pillows and duvet), 2 nightstands with lamps, a wardrobe with hanging.

- Bathroom: bath, sink with cupboard, hair dryer.

- Separate WC

- Hall: large closet with wardrobe.

- Balcony: table with 4 chairs.

- Other: Log INTERNET broadband, WIFI.

Equipment and cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, iron and board, clothes.

Optional cleaning fee (if not done by the tenant): 30 euros

Linen can surcharge.

Possibility to rent the month except summer and certain periods (please contact me for conditions)

Tourist tax: 1 euro per person per night (to be paid on arrival)

Deposit to be paid for the booking of rental: 30% of the rent.

Lovely 2 month stay, charmant séjour de 2 mois

Hélène was a wonderful hostess, her correspondence was swift and she was very kind and well organised. The apartment was in a great location for Annecy, we were easily able to walk to the old town in under 15 min along the little river. There were several good boulangeries nearby and an intermarche supermarket was just a couple of minutes walk. We were able to park on site easily. The apartment was tidy, clean and peaceful. We made good use of the raclettes set! I can imagine the balcony would be a lovely place to eat in warmer weather. It was an easy 30 min drive to la Clusaz/Manigid for skiing. A perfect stay for us! Would definitely recommend this apartment for a holiday or a longer stay without hesitation.

Hélène était une hôtesse merveilleuse , sa correspondance a été rapide et elle était très gentil et bien organisé. L'appartement était dans un emplacement idéal pour Annecy , nous avons pu facilement à pied à la vieille ville en moins de 15 minutes le long de la petite rivière . Il y avait plusieurs bonnes boulangeries à proximité et un supermarché intermarche était à quelques minutes de marche . Nous avons pu nous garer sur place facilement. L'appartement était propre et tranquille. Nous avons fait bon usage des raclettes fixées ! Je peux imaginer le balcon serait un bel endroit pour manger dans un temps plus chaud . Il a été facile 30 min en voiture de la Clusaz / Manigid pour le ski. Un séjour parfait pour nous ! Je recommande cet appartement pour des vacances ou un séjour plus long sans hésitation.

Excellent sejour

Logement calme, bien équipé et très bien situé commerces à proximités. Accès en 10/15 minutes à pieds au lac et à la vieille ville en longeant le Thiou chemin très agréable.

Idéalement située

La localisation était idéale pour nous, au calme mais nous pouvions aller au centre ville à pied en suivant a promenade du Thiou. Parking assuré, c'est aussi un plus dans une ville où beaucoup de parkings sont payants.

L'appartement est tel que décrit, très propre et agréable à vivre pour 2 adultes. Ce doit être un peu juste avec des enfants mais cela nous a parfaitement convenu. Nous avons profité des restaurants du centre ville - très animé avec les marchés de Noël. Et nous avons fait une razzia de fromage dans la coopérative installée à Sevrier. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour bien que le soleil se soit caché la plupart du temps !

Appartement impeccable, refait à neuf, trés agréable. Balcon orienté plein sud.

Accueil trés chaleureux avec différents bons conseils pour visiter la ville et les environs...A un quart d'heure/20 minutes à pieds du centre ville et lac... Commerces à proximité... Je recommande...
