This apartment has a large open concept main room featuring the kitchen, dining area, living area, a gas fireplace, and a comfortable new queen bed. Go up a few stairs and you are in the 2nd bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The room has new carpeting, a desk, and a comfortable queen bed.The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a separate private entrance, There is a huge back yard, as well as access to the Cataraqui Golf &Country Club through our back gate during off hours.

There are two extra single beds available with advance notice.

The house is a 5 minute drive from downtown, Kingston General Hospital, Queen's University, and the waterfront.The location is perfect! There is free parking for up to 3 cars, and laundry facilities.

As well, you are a 5 minute easy drive to Queen's university, St. Lawrence College, both hospitals, downtown, 4 marinas, parks, waterfront, shopping, everything you could possible want is minutes away.
