This apartment has a huge open concept main room featuring the kitchen, dining area, living area, a gas fireplace, and a comfortable new queen bed. ( There is a patio door which opens onto a patio with tables and chairs for sitting or dining. The huge backyard has several seating areas overlooking the beautiful grounds of the Cataraqui Golf & Country Club. The Golf Club grounds are accessible through the gate in the backyard after hours. ) Inside, go up a few stairs from the open concept room and you are in the 2nd room with an ensuite bathroom. The room has new carpeting, an armoire, a comfortable queen bed, as well as a single bed.The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a separate private entrance.There is a huge back yard, as well as access to the Cataraqui Golf &Country Club through our back gate during off hours.

There are extra single beds available with advance notice.

The house is a 5 minute drive from beautiful historic downtown Kingston, with it's many heritage buildings, market square, waterfront, marina, and many different restaurants. Kingston is small, so you are close to Kingston General Hospital, Queen's University, St. Lawrence College, waterfront everywhere, live theatres, golf courses, hiking location is perfect!

There is free parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, more free parking on the street, and private laundry facilities.

The neighbourhood is a prestigious residential area which has very little traffic. It is very safe, day or night.

I bought this property because it is in one of the very best neighbourhoods in Kingston, on a beautiful private street, very little traffic ( a resident's car goes by every half hour or so!) and it backs onto the gorgeous grounds of the Cataraqui Golf & Country Club, Kingston's oldest and most exclusive golf course. As well, you are a 5 minute easy drive to Queen's university, St. Lawrence College, both hospitals, downtown, 4 marinas, parks, waterfront, shopping, everything you could possible want is minutes away. The residents of this neighbourhood consists of doctors, business owners, lawyers, young families, and a rock star or two.
