The villa comprises of 5 double bedrooms

4 bathrooms all with showers or bath. There are marble floors throughout with electric shutters on the large windows.

Air-conditioning throughout including every bedroom and real log fire.

A beautiful furnished lounge with Satellite TV and DVD, dining room and fully fitted kitchen complete with modern cooker and oven, large American fridge with chilled filtered water, microwave and all mod-cons.

The villa is set in a large plot which is fully enclosed and private. There are large shaded terraces around the villa which provide plenty of shade whilst the large open non slip flagged terraces around the pool provide plenty of space for all the family to enjoy the sunshine.

There is ample seating and sun lounges. The large 10 x 5 pool has roman steps and is sloped and has steps at the deep end.

There is a large outdoor kitchen/barbeque area built at the side of the pool with fridge/freezer, shower and toilet / changing room. This also provides shade for eating as do the large terraces around the villa.

There are several restaurants within walking distance and a large Mas y Mas supermarket five minutes drive away.

The design of the villa is ideal for two families with two bedrooms and bathroom and sitting area on the lower floor with an internal staircase.

The beautiful landscape gardens with palm trees and a petanque/bowls area provide a wonderful setting for you to enjoy your holiday.

The gardens and terraces are furnished for al-fresco dining, sun bathing and relaxing. An excellent choice and comes highly recommended

Beautifully appointed villa with loads of space both inside and out.

A really lovely villa perfect for our group of 4 couples and 3 kids. Bags of space both inside and out with the added bonus of an outdoor kitchen which was great for entertaining our extended group of family and friends who live in the area. Jayne and Frankie are really warm and welcoming - will defo be back and will recommend this villa to all of our friends in the UK.

It is situated next to Javea Golf club and a few minutes drive from the popular blue flagged beach of the Arenal in Javea and Moraira. There is a large open park area opposite the front of the house providing wonderful mountain views.

Villa Lago is located in the las Laderas area of Javea with the beach approx 3km away.

Javea is situated at the base of the Montgo natural park. It is the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 95kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante.
