This cottage is furnished to an excellent standard with everything you have in your own home, including microwave, dishwasher, TV. DVD. Free Wi fi. (max 10GB) It is light and spacious.

It is situated in the heart of Perthshire, Scotland. This part of Scotland offers beautiful scenery to take in while you walk, cycle, fish, SKI. There are numerous golf courses locally.
Local sightseeing, such as Scone Palace, Glamis Castle and lots history to explore in the nearby cities of Perth, Dundee, the capital of Edinburgh and of course Glasgow.
Blairgowrie itself has it's own history and is well known for the soft fruit farms.
Blairgowrie has bars and restaurants in and around, also fairly large supermarket, all easy to find.
This area is easy to get around by car, no traffic congestion.
The cottage has its own private parking and an area to sit out and enjoy a quiet drink at the end of the day in a safe secluded garden. Bar b Q available for guests to use. Drying facilities in separate building for out door equipment.

The cottage has one large double bedroom which can either have 2 single beds or one super-king size bed.
Bedroom 2 has a very sturdy double bunk, i.e. a double bed on the bottom and single on the top.
The spacious shower room is downstairs between those bedrooms.
Upstairs has an open plan living area and a large kitchen area with table and chairs. This area is light and spacious with a door open to a balcony, appealing to sit in on a warm summers night listening to the birds whistling.
The cottage is tastefully furnished, and has everything you will need for your holiday.
The cottage has been recently redeveloped and refurbished.

Outside the cottage there is a large parking area and next to this is a grass area with garden table and chairs.
All of out side is secluded, and perfect to sit out in a warm sunny evening.
For all outdoor holiday makers there are drying facilities for outdoor clothing including a tumble drier.This is in a separate building within the grounds of the premises.
Gas and electric are included in the rental.
Towels and linen are provided, and there will be a change of both at the end of each week.
There will be a welcome pack for you on arrival which will include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and often some local treat eg strawberrries.
A refundable deposit of £100 is required when booking and is payable in addition to the cost of the holiday.
This wil be returned to you immediately after the cottage has been vacated and checked.
The full cost of the holiday must be paid prior to entry.

For skiing enthuiasts Stella Cottage is 30/40 minutes drive away.
For out door enthusiasts this is the perfect area.
Lots of history to delve in to, castles and palaces to see.
For guests who just want a quiet break the Cottage is very comfortable.
There is no place better than Rural Perthshire and Stella Cottage is perfectly situated in a quiet part of Blairgowrie.
Blairgowrie has all facilites needed eg banks, Supertmarket, Local shops. Nice Restaurants.
Stella Cottage is spacious and light and cosy in the winter time (heated by gas central heating). It has everything you need for self catering. The owner is always around should you have any queries.
This property is over 100 year old.
The cottage has been renovated to modern standards 5 years ago but has retained the cottage/country appeal.
The grounds are secluded allowing peace and quiet.
Fantastic property exactly as described on the website, even better than the photos. Spotless , home from home. Conveniently situated for local walks/amenities, good choice of restaurants in the local area. Mary, the owner was very friendly and was there to welcome us when we arrived, even left us some delicious strawberries and cream! Had a great holiday would not hesitate to return or recommend to anyone wishing to visit this part of Scotland.
We stayed at Stella Cottage for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean, well kept & beautifully set out. Extremely comfortable and has everything you need. The owner Mary was very welcoming/ friendly / helpful and couldn't do enough. Storage for bikes and a lovely garden to relax in. Great central location with loads of things to see and do round about. Would highly recommend.
This is a delightful property in the grounds of a larger house in a pleasant suburb of Blairgowrie. As regular users of holiday properties, my wife and I could not fault the accommodation and modern facilities provided, which catered for all our needs. Mary Brown, the owner, was both welcoming and helpful, and despite rainy weather, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We decided to take a road trip through Scotland. We were looking for someplace centrally located to different points of interest. That is how we stumbled upon this amazing cottage. Mary the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was very quick to respond to all of our questions before we rented and made it a point to ask us if we needed anything when we got there. The cottage was clean and spacious with all modern appliances. I would defienitly recommend this cottage to anyone that is wanted to explore that region.

Freundlicher persönlicher Kontakt, Haus bietet jeglichen Komfort, trotz Lage an der Hauptstrasse recht leise, Parken verdeckt auf dem Hof - insgesamt zu empehlen, da auch die Lage sehr zentral ist für verschiedene Unternehmungen. Grosser TESCO-Markt + Tankstelle 3 min mit Auto.

This small town is surrounded by beautiful countryside.
Famous for soft fruit growing, especially raspberries.
Blairgowrie itself is steeped in history both early and modern.
This is a friendly small town, easy to get around (no traffic problems)
The climate is variable, and in a day drenched in sunshine there is no better place to be.
Glenshee ski centre is nearby (35 - 40 minutes).

There are many places of interest nearby eg Glamis Casle, Scone Palace, Meigle's collection of Pictish sculpted stones (the most extensive in existence),
Throughout the summer season there are many Highland Games days in the area. One in Blairgowrie at the beginning of September.
There is the Game Fair at Scone Palace grounds in the beginning of July, Perth Agricultural Show the first Friday/Saturday August, (this is a good day out for all the family), The International Horse Trials Blair Atholl, again another fantastic day out for all the family, held near the end of August in the stunning backdrop of the hills and mountains of Perthshire.
Lots of outdoor activities including golf, walking (we are on the Cataran Trail), cycling, fishing, water sports,
Skiing in the winter on Scotland's largest ski centre, glenshee.
Scone Racecourse is also nearby.
There are numerous bars and restaurants both in Blairgowrie and surrounding area. Perth City (30 minutes) drive, offers many more bars and restaurants, Theatre and Concert Hall, shopping.
