Ca na cati has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two single beds. It has a complete bathroom and a shower room. The kitchen is spacious, luminous and perfectly equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, and all the necessary utensils of habitual use. The lounge diner has a lot of sun light and leads to a covered terrace, perfect to enjoy al fresco meals during summer time. On the back side part of the house and in the swimming pool area there is another smaller covered terrace where the is also a barbecue. The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden.
The house is ideal to enjoy magnificent family holidays. The area where the property is located is quiet and is remote of any noise from the town.

Great place for 2 couples or family with 2 children. But you must like sheeps (with bells around their necks and constant noise) as well as goats as you're surrounded by them. We didn't mind and still found sleep at night.

The Church Square has an abundance of good restaurants, the church with its chiming bells overlooks the square garden area, where weekly Wednesday markets are held.
The old inland town of Pollensa should not be missed with Boutique hotels, quaint old buildings and lots of interesting restaurants, and of course the Sunday market.
There is a golf course just outside Pollensa old town (9.holes) and another spectacular one, at nearby Alcudia, Alcanada (18.holes) plus several others in the south of the island. Both courses have magnificent situations and there facilities are open to visitors and non playing guests.
Every Sunday morning, in the old town of Pollensa and on a Wednesday morning in the port, weekly markets are held. There are water sports, boats for hire and varied sailing excursions on the schooner TUDOR DAWN.
