100sqm apartment (sea view) with 3 bedrooms (6 persons)

It is difficult to find home-comfort during the holidays.

Rentals are usually about unfolding a sofa bed every night and finding space in confined bedrooms.

The apartment we offer here is quite unique and in the city of Cassis.

First for its surface area of 100 sqm (you will find very few holiday rentals that spacious in Cassis),

then for the bedrooms size, which are quite big. You have enough room to eat in the separated fitted kitchen. The living room is particularly pleasant for its luminosity.

The apartment is entirely equipped with double-glazed windows that soundproof and insulate the inside.

Situated in the heart of the village in a pine forest, it is only 400 m from the beach with private access. Summer activities and shops are not far either.

Many holiday-seekers made the right decision in choosing this apartment in Cassis.

Great Family holiday

We enjoyed a beautiful week of weather at Cassis. The apartment is ideally situated close to the port and the calanque hiking trails. M. Klein was very easy to coordinate with and the apartment had everything our family needed. Only one note for families of young children - the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building does not have an elevator. The private trail that leads to the port and beach is also very vertical. This is great for wearing the kids out but can also be a bit challenging at the end of the day. We would highly recommend this apartment to another family.

Owner's Response: You were able to appreciate the exceptional location of the apartment in the middle of the village of Blackcurrant, in 400 meters of the beach. Obviously in Creeks the ground is not flat but it is what makes the charm of the Natural reserve of Creeks ...

Votre fidélité est la plus belle des récompenses et nous invite à toujours mieux faire pour les vacanciers qui , comme vous, on choisi "le Clos de l'Ermitage" à Cassis pour leurs vacances...

super vacance

nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances.L'appartement est très spacieux bien équipé comme sur le description de l'annonce et photos bien correspondante. Le seul hic pas d' ascenseur mais cela nous a fait faire de l' exercice. Propriétaire très sympas, à l'écoute, disponible et donne des renseignements très utile.... Je recommande cette appartement et la visite de Cassis, les calanques....
