This apartment is located in the residence 'Les Terres Marines' dominating Cassis. This set offers both an outdoor pool, 2 tennis courts with training wall and a pool house with ping pong. The apartment of 62 m2, very bright, can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The apartment offers a double living room, bedroom, fitted with sofa bed and entrance video lounge and Wifi, a bathroom and a shower room, a kitchen open to a large living room overlooking a terrace with panoramic views Cassis Bay. The apartment is renovated. The kitchen, living room and terrace offer a magnificent view of the sea and the Cap Canaille.

The modern kitchen has a gray worktop and wood with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the laundry room. The spacious living room has a large dining table that seats 6 can bend if necessary when entertaining. A sofa bed is offered for relaxing, comfortable in front of a large flat screen TV.

The master bedroom has a double bed 160 and a storage space. In the entrance, a second sofa bed offers a relaxation area with a second video. For your convenience, a bathroom and a separate shower room are available.

The living room and bedrooms have doors and full length windows overlooking a beautiful flower garden. The living room opens onto a terrace with a welcoming and 6 people table that allows to enjoy the magnificent view of the bay of Cassis.

The apartment is non smoking.

The apartment is accessed by a security door. You also have a private car park, 30 meters from the entrance.

The park of the residence is closed with an electric access gate that opens only for residents. You have a system to open this gate.

If you practice the bicycle, a lockable room may be available to you, close to the apartment.

Access: Cassis is 30 minutes from the Castellet Airport, 50 minutes from the airport Marignane Provence and 1H 40 of the Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

You are also in a perfect location to attend events that animate our village throughout the year, such as the harvest starred in September, the Portofino Italian market in November, the Christmas market in December, the Spring Book in April- May with the participation of journalist Patrick Poivre d'Arvor, the music festival in June; the festival of the sea and fishermen in July; Cassis-Race Regatta in September.

The summer jazz festival hosted Michel Legrand.

Cassis, a small Provencal fishing port nestled between 2 natural sites: the famous Calanques massif 12 (8000 hectares protected) and the majestic Cap Canaille. This renowned tourist resort seduces with its quays lined with cafes and restaurants where visitors like strolling. The town has lovely old quarters with elegant seventeenth City Hall which opens on a shady square where Cassidens (inhabitants of cassis) like to come and enjoy the cool summer evenings. The ridge road that connects La Ciotat to Cassis overlooking the sea and offers an exceptional view.

Golf: At 20 km of cassis, the Golf Dolce Fregate, Saint Cyr sur Mer, welcomes you to the heart of vineyards and olive trees in Provence with a panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea, the resort at the foot of Dolce Fregate Provence.

Designed by the famous American architect Ronald Fream in 1992, this golf course is part of the Dolce Hotels and Resorts chain, globally represented.

Two golf courses are available: Frégate Par 72, 6,210 yards, 18 holes and Frégalon, Par 29, 1700 yards, 9 holes.

Très bel appartement , propreté impeccable ,propriétaire sympathique .

Vue superbe avec terrains de tennis et piscine que nous n'avons pas pu tester car mise en eau le week end de notre visite.

Toller Blick aufs Meer!

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist neu. Hinweis: Das Wasser ist leicht gechlort aber trinkbar. Für kühlere Nächte gibt es sogar Sommerbettdecken! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht auch Englisch. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce très agréable appartement, confortable, lumineux avec vue sur la mer et le Cap Canaille depuis tout l'espace de jour. L'équipement en électro ménager, entièrement neuf, satisfait tous les besoins. Et pour compléter : Parc arboré, Tennis , Piscine , Pas de vis à vis, Wi-Fi , Parking, et Résidence sécurisée par badge...

N'hésitez pas...

Dans cette très agréable Résidence, bien entretenue, calme et sécurisée, l'appartement proposé est tout à fait conforme aux photos fournies. Il est spacieux, lumineux, confortable, propre et très bien équipé (linge et produits d'entretien sont, en outre, mis à disposition).

Qu'il est agréable de profiter, dès le petit-déjeuner, de la terrasse offrant une magnifique vue sur la mer et le Cap Canaille.

Le parking privatif (facile d'accès) est également très important à CASSIS et on peut y oublier la voiture pour aller à la découverte de la Ville et de ses si célèbres calanques.

Le propriétaire, soucieux du bien-être de ses hôtes, est toujours disponible et à l'écoute.

The path of 'Little Prince'

This route of wonder is an act dedicated to the memory of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

The path of the "Little Prince" discovery of the Creeks was conducted as part of an "integration project". It is lined with 11 stations presentation of wealth and peculiarities of the Creeks.

Going around the peninsula of Port Miou, it is accessible to all age groups for a walk, about an hour, near the deepest Creeks (Port Miou 1,5 km).
