Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Enjoyed our stay. House was very roomy for our family plus guests of 11. Loved that we had our own private pool. Quiet neighborhood and close to Walmart & HEB. We would rent again.

AWESOME PLACE

This place is a great. My family fell in love immediately with this home. Private pool is just the right size and the deck is perfect to relax on, with plenty of room. The living area is a great for socializing, if you don’t like being outside in the heat. Only reason for the four stars is because the lights in the back yard didn’t turn on and the doors to go outside are difficult to open. Other than that, we would definitely rent again.

Great home both inside and out just needs attention

I love the place and it was spacious and wonderful location the only reason why I didn’t 5 star is because it does seem like the house has not been getting any attention many lights are not working so it was very dark outside at night no fishing lights and no tv we had to purchase an antenna to watch local tv and hole behind front door the doors to the back are very hard to close and balcony wood are broken can become hazardous if they fall it just needs attention but I would rent again it was a great home thanks for the hospitality Vacasa ... and there is a boatslip which is located on property next to home which is also same owner .... enjoyed it & loved it also Vacasa was great on letting us check in early and notifying us also a late check out was available for a small fee.... WE LOVED IT
