Deposit at the entrance to the villa of € 500, payable in cash, is returned upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Private and quiet urbanization are not allowed to disturb the neighborhood at night time, prevailing mutual respect. Leave trash in the containers located in the Avenida de la Hacienda.

beautiful views, lovely area

The villa was excellent, the pool was great, especially for children.

The distant to amenities did require a taxi, due to the large hill to the shops at the peublo, (the older part) we decided not to hire a car due to the size of the group and used taxis, which were very prompt in picking us up. The view from the villa is one we won't forget, mountains and sea.

Pictures don't do it justice

Stayed here for my daughters hen weekend . The villa and grounds are beautiful and Diego was very helpful even getting us in some shopping for when we arrived. We were a party of ten and there was plenty of space for all of us . There is plenty of outside seating we spent most of our evenings around bar area . Views from villa are gorgeous. Would definitely go back with the family .

Our stay was excellent. Diego, the host, was very nice and made us feel very at home.

The house is fantastic and I would also recommend diegos cooking tha he supplied us on one of the nights we stayed. Thanks Diego!

Lovely house with stunning views

The house listing on the website was very accurate, the location was on an urbanization fairly close to amenities. We didn't attempt the walk up the hill, it is very steep! We did not hire a car as we have been to the area several times and wanted a relaxing weeks away with little sight seeing. However, taxis were easily accessible and fairly priced when we did go out. Easy access to the Pueblo, lovely square with restaurants and much more traditional that the Marina area.

We arrived well before the access time quoted of 3.00 p.m. Diego (the owner) was very hospitable and allowed us to leave our luggage whilst we went off for lunch.

The house was very clean and well maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ etc, all we needed to eat in, there is a washing machine which was easy to use (useful with small children). The pool was perfect for our children, no very "deep end" which gave us peace of mind. The garden was very nicely maintained, Diego visited every day to sweep, clean the pool and water the plants but was very in-obtrusive and discreet.

We didn't visit any of the local attractions this time as we have done it before but Tivoli, Cable Cars, Selwo Marina, Mijas (a must for first time visitors) are all very close by as is the Costa and the Marina. Lots of boat trips available in the marina.

We have stayed in both the "Costa" area and the "Pueblo" area on more than one occasion and both have their pro's and con's it depends what your personal preference is. Our family prefer the pueblo to stay with visits the Costa area. To us that is the best of both worlds!
