PRIVATE STRUCTURE. Sant’Agata is immersed in the heart of the green hillsides of Costa degli Etruschi. Thick woods, pine forest, lovely beach and crystal sea. Only a few kilometers from Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri and the seaside resorts of Donoratico and Marina di Castagneto. This property for its strategic position is ideal for spending a holiday immersed in the nature of the West Tuscan Coast. It’s here where some of the most renowned Italian wines are produced, not to mention the quality oil productions. The property has been recently restored and renovated by the owners. Who had chosen to use precious local materials and comfortable furniture to create the perfect harmony with the travertine floors and wooden ceiling beams. The ground floor is characterized by large windows that entices the natural light giving the house a warm and familiar atmosphere. The property is surrounded by a large park, typical of the Mediterranean flowers and marquis, offering its guests various kinds of perfumes and colors to enrich the senses. From the portico you can enjoy the scene of a wonderful sunsets on the sea and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. The nearest airport are Pisa and Florence.

The house is set on two floors. The main entrance leads into the living room, a spacious dining area, a well equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen there are two outside verandas equipped with table, chairs and a traditional wood oven. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is the sleeping area. The sleeping area is made up of a queen sized bedroom (1.40 m) and a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also a small staircase that leads to a loft with a double bed. From an external entrance to the house there is the second access that introduce the other wing of the house where from the main entrance there is a large living room and a kitchen with access to the garden and a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase introduce to the first floor, where there are two queen sized bedrooms (1.40 m), one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. Few steps from the house there is the laundry room.
The property extends over 1,5 hectares of land. This fenced park area surrounding the property is beautifully colored, well kept, and in perfect harmony with the surrounding countryside. In the garden there is a gracious portico equipped with table and chairs, and barbecue for outdoor meals whilst admiring the splendid sunset on the sea which is ideal for complete relaxation.
The pool is open from the last saturday of April to the first saturday of October. The swimming pool measures 12 x 5 metres and has a rectangular form. It has a variable depth from 1.40 metres to 2.00 metres. The swimming pool area is well equipped with tables and chairs for outdoors snacks and with umbrellas and sun lounges for laying in the sun. In the swimming pool are there is an external shower (cold water).
