PRIVATE STRUCTURE. In the heart of Umbria, following the curves of the countryside with marvellous views of Todi, Torre Focolino has been present for over 800 years noted for its historical and architectural importance. The recent and careful restoration has brought this antique stone tower back to its original splendour. Torre Focolino is made up of a dominating tower characterized by “Torre Tabaccaia” and “Casaletto”, which joins together the two towers. Torre Focolino offer ample and enticing day areas, with arched ceilings in the living room and a secular fireplace as well as six exclusive bedrooms with bathrooms. The view from the property takes in this enchanting angle of paradise. This properties location allows its guests to spend a memorable vacation in a historical property with all the modern comforts. In the vicinity of Torre Focolino there is Torre Bettona, where the caretakers reside, on request they can move of the property grounds.

The main entrance opens directly into the living area which is subdivided into the TV room, dining room and living room with fireplace, the later directly connected to the kitchen which has access into the garden. On the right on the main entrance there are a few steps that lead to a bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with direct access to the garden via French doors. From the ground floor one can access the upper floors either via an elevator or directly from the garden. The first floor is made up of a reading room with fireplace, a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Via a flight of stairs one accesses a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the reading room ith old fireplace, via an elevator or via an external staircase, one can access the two bedrooms in the tower, and a double with en-suite bathroom and an additional double bedroom with en-suite in the upper floor of the tower.
The property is immersed in 3 hectares of cultivated land, often used for sunflowers and wheat production. The park area is at the exclusive use of its clients and the immediate garden measures about 800 square meters, enriched with aromatic plants and flowers of all colours. From the dining area one can easily reach a spacious terrace, equipped with gazebo, ideal for summer dinners.
The pool is situated in a dominant position overlooking the valley, the pool measures 10 m x 5 m with a depth of 1,40 m. The pool opens from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The pool entrance is eased with a Roman staircase. The pool is surrounded by stone paving and lawn and equipped with comfortable sun loungers and external shower. In the vicinity of the pool there is a table and chairs, ideal for snacks and aperitif under the shade of the gazebo.
