3 bedroom flat in the middle of everything

Lovely and spacious 3 bedroom flat in a central location close to the popular Praia d'Oura and centre of Areias de Sao Joao. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops and is an excellent choice for families with young children or teenagers. Praia Da Oura is famous for the 'STRIP', a long avenue with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This makes Praia Da Oura suitable for all types of holidays, whether you are looking for a peaceful break on a golden beach or nightclubs till dawn! The famous Strip is just down the road. Car not necessary. Sleeps 6 in a comfortable set up. If you prefer the old town Albufeira you can hop on the tourist train for a 5 minute drive for €2 or take the 20 min walk by the seaside road.

I am Portuguese and used to come here on holidays when I was young, a lot has changed for the better so I have bought this property to come and enjoy the weather as we are now retired.

I just bought this flat and refurbished to a high spec so holiday makers can enjoy the beauty of Albufeira in a comfortable set up. It's walking distance to everywhere, bars, restaurants, shops and the beach, so it's easy for everyone who would like everything on their doorstep without having to rent a car.

What makes this apartment unique

Very central to everything. Change over can be flexible at certain times according to previous bookings.

Fantastic all round stay

Really happy with our stay at Ana's property. Lovely spacious modern apartment suitable for big groups or smaller groups. All rooms good size. Location perfect, close to beach, close to the strip for all the fun (a 2 min walk) this is great because it's not loud at night. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by. Thank you!!

The appartement is very very good. Very clean, modern, full equiped. You can go to the beach in 10 minutes afoot.

Very good experience. The contact person was always available for any questions. Thanks to the maid for the good work too.

For sure I recommend this apartment.

Lovely stay

Had a great stay, there were 6 of us staying in the flat aged 21-25 mix of girls and boys. The flat was modern, clean and in a good location to the surrounding areas...about a mile walk to the beach but was easy enough!

The strip was always lively and just down the road but you couldn't hear it at night, which was good if staying in for the night!

The only downsides were there was no AC so it did get a little hot & the wifi was a pay as you go and the initial 20€ put on didn't last long with 6 phones connected. We then just decided to connect to wifi out of the flat as every cafe/bar has it & even the beach has wifi so no problem!

The house Rep Pauline was brilliant and explained everything that was needed.

Overall a brilliant stay with ISAMAR & if in Albuferia again will definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous location quality apt

Once again a truly relaxing break. A real home from home yet 5 mins walk from all the craziness of the strip. We will be back !! Pauline and Gertrude made sure we were well looked after yet again . British tv and a fully fitted kitchen . No need for a car but we stayed a month and used the car to visit so many places . Fabulous for the young and old . Outside still needs painting of the block but the apartment itself is of a very high standard . The location is brilliant and it has a large veranda .

Exceptional apt ! Amazing location!

Despite the outside of the apartment block needing a lick of paint the standard of the apartment is exceptional. We even had British TV !! There are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room, large balcony and an ultra modern kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge freezer. Location wise you literally are two minutes walk from the livelier section of the strip but bars and shops are on your doorstep. I would recommend this apartment for all ages. We were well looked after by Gertrude and Pauline who made sure we had everything we needed. We would love to return.

The flat has been completly refurbished to a high standard and it's all modern and new furnishings. The 3 bedroom flat has:

Living/dining room/open kitchen, 2 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 family bathroom, 1 wc and a balcony if you fancy eating outside.

Transfers: We have a regular driver who does the transfer to and from Airport for us, a minibus is € 60 and a taxi for 4 €45 one way only. You might find it cheaper but they don't drop you outside the house but at certain local points.

Praia Da Oura is famous for the 'strip', a long avenue with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This makes Praia Da Oura suitable for all types of holidays, whether you are looking for a peaceful break on a golden beach or nightclubs till dawn!

There is a good selection of golf courses within a short drive, water slide parks and a zoo marine for the children.

If you would like to rent a Motorcycle there is a place near by called VESPA RENT.
