Only 20 minutes walk from the beach in Saint Jean de Luz and from the center, south facing 27m² studio in a private house in completely independent ground garden, private entrance, only 1 apartment more. Composed of a sleeping area with 1 bed 140, separated from the living room by a screen wall portion, in the living room 90 bed, table and chairs for 3 persons, television, etc. Kitchenette with 2 hotplates, electric oven and microwave, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, etc.

Shower room with washing machine and toilet. The studio opens onto a terrace in the garden with table and chairs, another terrace with table, chairs, deck chairs, barbecue, parasol, etc. The studio is serviced by a dead end road with only five houses on the way. City bus station 5 minutes walk, bus station and railway to 15 minutes walk. Shops 700m. Golf courses within 2km, thalassotherapy, etc. garden view. Many celebrations and festivals throughout the year. Ideal location to get around on foot and by bicycle or to avoid traffic by car during busy times! You can go to Biarritz, Bayonne, Ascain, etc. and avoid finding yourself in traffic! A more in summer! Close to Spain !!!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement. Rien ne manquait. Proche du centre et de la plage. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin et du barbecue.

déçus !!!

Malgré que la location soit bien située (proches commerces plages balades Espagne ...) nous avons été fortement déçu de notre séjour . La location est très humide malgré le déshumidificateur. .. Le linge (draps serviettes habits ) est humide et donc désagréable et odorant. Nous sommes venus avec notre bébé de 6 mois pas top pour lui.

Bon accueil des propriétaires.

Jardin agréable au calme.

Nous ne reviendrons pas nous avons écourté notre séjour du faite de l'inconfort causé par l'humidité.

Owner's Response: Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour dans ce studio pour trois personnes se soit mal passé. Les personnes qui y séjournent le trouvent très agréable et reviennent souvent d'une année sur l'autre. Le studio est équipé d'une VMC et d'un déshumidificateur pour gérer les excès d'humidité dus au climat océanique. Vous n'avez pas été gâtés par le temps mais il est vrai que le fait d'avoir occupé le studio (27m²) à trois adultes, un bébé et deux chiens n'a pas arrangé la situation.

Idéalement situé

Ce gîte est vraiment bien situé pour visiter tout le Pays Basque.

On a apprécié de pouvoir aller au centre ville à pied par la charmante promenade au bord de l'eau et de recevoir tous les conseils balades-restos à notre arrivée.

Le gîte est bien équipé, par contre prévoir du désodorisant contre les odeurs d'humidité dans le cabinet de toilettes.
