Boasting a desirable setting just a stroll away from the Blue Flag beach of Livermead Sands, this modern 3 storey holiday home offers an exclusive beach retreat in timeless Torquay.

Beautiful inside as well as out; this architecturally-designed home oozes 5*comfort and classic style throughout. With high-quality fixtures and fittings, no expense has been spared in making guests feel comfortable and at home.

To the ground floor of the terraced home, a spacious ‘wow factor’ kitchen-diner provides the perfect excuse to socialise and entertain with friends and family.

The striking ‘hot chilli’ red kitchen offers a contemporary twist to the bright and inviting garden view interior. The high-spec kitchen is fully-equipped for self-catering stays, with all the latest appliances on hand to enable guests to cook up a storm.

Appliances include an electric double oven with grill, gas hob, toaster, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The adjoining dining area forms the perfect venue for fine dining and relaxed holiday meals in, with 6 leather cushioned seats provided for added comfort and a flat screen TV ideal for hearing all the Breakfast news. Families with small children can also make use of the high chair provided.

A room perfect in all seasons, the French doors of the dining room can easily be opened in the summertime, for easy access to and from the sunny private garden.

Guests who are looking for a peaceful moment can easily take to the lovely snug area, which features a sofa, music player and shelves staked with games and books.

A modern cloakroom WC, laundry and ironing facilities also conveniently feature to the ground floor.

Upstairs, the stylish first floor living room enjoys glimpses of the sea and offers plenty of natural light. Furnished in a trendy, tranquil style, with a sumptuous sofa suite for six and modern furniture, the scene is set for year-round enjoyment. Guests have direct access from here onto a furnished sunny balcony, ideal for the warmer months. Fully Wi-Fi-enabled also, with a Freeview flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and radio; guests can easily enjoy a serene and cosy ambience here in the colder months.

The 3 bed town house offers plenty of versatility for families and groups staying. Two stylish bedrooms feature next to the first floor living room. Couples can easily relax to the spacious fully-furnished double bedroom here, whilst a nautical-style twin bedroom with TV and DVD player is ideal for extra guests staying.

A travel baby cot also conveniently features, making this home ideal for families.

Upstairs, the second floor is home to sumptuous master suite. The floor-to-ceiling glazing allows for daylight to the flood into the room. Benefitting from a king-size bed, large 30’’flat screen TV with DVD player and a luxury en-suite shower, couples can sit back and savour a luxurious night’s rest. Private balcony access also offers a lovely setting from which to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

A shared family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower further features to the first floor accommodation.

Outside, a lovely enclosed garden offers a tranquil setting in which to host an alfresco meal or relax with a good holiday read. Allocated parking for two cars also features to the front of the residence.

4 nights - 75% of weekly tariff
5 nights - 80% of weekly tariff

All bookings are inclusive of final clean, linen & towels with all beds made up. Please bring your own beach towels as these are not provided.

A £200 security deposit will be applied to all bookings in addition to the tariffs. This is paid with the balance 6 weeks before arrival, and is refunded 2-5 working days following departure.
