About the property

Apartment of 68 m2 located in a protected area and very few urbanized Ibiza

Our apartment is located in Es Figueral, near San Carlos, North East in the protected part of the island with very small urbanized area. This part of the coast is magnificent, sublime. There are around many secret beaches and secluded coves, sometimes some are only accessible by bike or on foot. There are cliffs overlooking the sea with an incredibly deep blue.

You will be able to relax in a quiet place in the countryside at your own rythm and discover the many treasures that make this island.

The Es Figueral beach is an ideal destination for nature lovers, especially for diving enthusiasts; the rock formations below the clear waters make the snorkel an interesting activity, especially around the cove. The surrounding area is of outstanding natural beauty.

The Es Figueral beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza. Its beach with calm and clear waters is the preference of families who choose it as their holiday destination.

The beach has a lifeguard service and is accessible to people with disabilities. You may rent chairs and umbrellas, and practice various water sports.

There are also some bars, restaurants and small supermarkets in the Es Figueral village.

Our apartment is only 800 m form the beach. You can easily go to the beach or to the Es Figueral village by walking. Our apartment is located on the top of a small cliff.

There are private stairs to access to the apartment.

When you enter, there is a large terrace, perfect for eating out on and sunbathing/relaxing with a gorgeous view of sea and mountains.

The apartment is a spacious 4 rooms of ​​68 sqm. It is ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people.

When entering in the apartment, you are in the living area, serving on the right hand a dining area with a kitchen and on the left the sleeping area by a corridor.

The kitchen is open and large. It’s separated from the dining area by a long bar. The kitchen has a gas hob, fridge and dishwasher. On the other side of the dining area, there is a sofa that can potentially be used as extra sleeping.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed of 160cm and the other bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm. Both rooms have access to a small enclosed patio.

There is also a large bathroom with shower and toilet and a washing machine laundry.

Guests have access to the private pool as well as a beautiful Mediterranean garden overlooking the pool.

The swimming pool is shared with others residents and closed by a gate.

There is no life guard at the swimming pool.

The apartment now has a wireless 4G Internet connection and satellite TV.

We provide many TIPS to our tenants.

For your information, we do not provide sheets, towels and bath towels.

Our apartment is located in a very quiet residence. We ask our tenants to be very respectful of their neighbors. This property is not suitable for people who come to Ibiza to party and at the same time would make a noise in the residence.

Great property for a chilled out stay in the North of Ibiza.

We stayed here with our 2 young children and found the property was perfect for us. There is everything you need in the apartment and great if you were looking for a self catering place with all things necessary for cooking. Nice terrace to eat you meals. Would recomend a car so you can check out all the beaches in the area and do shopping etc.. The owners provide great advice on places to visit and eat at. Ibiza was even better than I thought and this property really suited us as a base to explore the beaches of the Northern part of the island.

Lovely, cosy holiday home.

We had a lovely week staying at Ronan and Marie-Sophie's holiday home. The apartment itself was well equipped, especially the kitchen and the apartment had a lovely homely feel. The terrace was perfect for eating out on and sunbathing/relaxing with a gorgeous view of sea and mountains. Just a short walk down to a very lovely beach and only a short drive to San Carlos it was a very handy, yet peaceful location for exploring the north of the island. We stayed as a couple but there was plenty of room for a family and the apartment was well laid out. Would definitely recommend to couples and families who want a holiday away from the busy busy touristy areas. Although quiet it was near plenty of lovely beaches, cycling routes and places welcome to tourists. Great place and Ronan was happy to answer all our questions promptly and was very helpful. Thanks to Ronan and Marie-Sophie for a great holiday apartment.

A quiet place

Well-maintained apartment, quiet residence, calm terrace with a beautiful sight, walking distance from the beach. Perfect to relax far away from the San Antoni bustle.

Ronan gave us a lot of very good advices about facilities, beaches, restaurants, etc. The perfect host for perfect holidays !
