About the property

Apartment of 68 m2 located in a protected area and very few urbanized Ibiza

The apartment is situated in Es Figueral, near San Carlos, North East in a protected and very little of the island urbanized area. It is in this part of the coast are magnificent, sublime. This is the realm of distant and secluded coves, sometimes some are only accessible by bike or on foot. The cliffs overlooking the sea to an incredibly deep blue, a décor reminiscent of the most beautiful Corsican creeks.

You will be able to relax in a quiet place in the countryside at your own pace and discover the many treasures that make this island. You can easily walk (800m) to the beautiful beach of Es Figueral.

The apartment is spacious T3 with a living area of ​​68 sqm. It is ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people. You access the apartment through a small door that opens to two private terraces overlooking the sea, a garden to have a great time with the family. On entering the apartment you enter the living area, serving one hand on the right a dining area with a kitchen and the other on the left the sleeping area by a corridor. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a long bar. The kitchen has a gas hob, fridge and dishwasher. On the other side of the room there is a sofa that can potentially be used as extra sleeping. There are two rooms. The one with a double bed 160 and the other with two single beds of 90 cm. Both rooms have a small enclosed patio. There is also a large bathroom with shower and toilet and a washing machine laundry.

Guests have access to the private pool and fully fenced residence as well as a beautiful Mediterranean garden overlooking the pool.

Be aware that in addition, we share with our guests our small address and we will give many tips to make your stay a success.

The apartment now has a wireless Internet connection.

For your information, we do not provide sheets, towels and bath towels.

Our apartment is located in a very quiet residence. We ask our tenants to be very respectful of their neighbors. This property is not suitable for people who come to Ibiza to party and at the same time would make a noise in the residence.

Lovely, cosy holiday home.

We had a lovely week staying at Ronan and Marie-Sophie's holiday home. The apartment itself was well equipped, especially the kitchen and the apartment had a lovely homely feel. The terrace was perfect for eating out on and sunbathing/relaxing with a gorgeous view of sea and mountains. Just a short walk down to a very lovely beach and only a short drive to San Carlos it was a very handy, yet peaceful location for exploring the north of the island. We stayed as a couple but there was plenty of room for a family and the apartment was well laid out. Would definitely recommend to couples and families who want a holiday away from the busy busy touristy areas. Although quiet it was near plenty of lovely beaches, cycling routes and places welcome to tourists. Great place and Ronan was happy to answer all our questions promptly and was very helpful. Thanks to Ronan and Marie-Sophie for a great holiday apartment.

We spent some very enjoyably days at this apartment. It´s located in a quiet residence with a great view over the ocean. Big terrace, cosy rooms, well-equipped kitchen, nice swimming-pool. Everything was as described, no expectations were dis appointed!!! It was a very friendly and uncomplicated communication with Ronan. He gave us some useful insider tips. A quiet place

Well-maintained apartment, quiet residence, calm terrace with a beautiful sight, walking distance from the beach. Perfect to relax far away from the San Antoni bustle.

Ronan gave us a lot of very good advices about facilities, beaches, restaurants, etc. The perfect host for perfect holidays !

Nous avons eu LE SOLEIL LA MER.....mais aussi un appartement tres agreable conforme a la description,proche de la plage ,de la campagne avec une piscine propre bien amenagee et terrasse avec vue sur la mer.nous etions 2 couples dans un espace bien amenagé.et l essentiel pour cuisiner.En Prime:LE CALME ...les cigales..parfait pour se ressourcer avec la possibilite de marche dans la campagne a la porte du logement.Un sejour parfait donc.Un conseil ne manquez pas de suivre de prendre connaissance des recommandations claires des proprietaires (itineraire,restos, plages...)consignes relatives a l appartement (acces) c est un plus.
