This elegant attic has recently been restored by a famous architect. It is furnished with antiques and the exposed beams of the ceiling make a unique warm and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is on the third and last floor of a fifteenth century palace located in the heart of medieval Padua, very close to the squares and places of artistic interest. Its position in Padua’s restricted traffic area makes this apartment unique for peace and quiet. The attic is flooded with light and the windows overlook lush secret gardens. Its 85 square meters, consist of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower-bath and Jacuzzi, a large living room, a kitchen with fully equipped terrace overlooking the Duomo, a laundry room, and large closets. There are two large sofas in the living room. One can be used as a double bed, but please bear in mind that the windows in the living room do not have curtains but only external motorised sun blinds. This apartment is very well isolated from the outside extreme temperatures. The roof has been built with the ventilation system and the windows are double glazed with thermal glass. A centralised system of air conditioning and the under floor heating guarantee the best comfort in every season. The centralised vacuum net makes this apartment very easy to clean and it garantees a spot less maintenance.

The perfect place to stay in Padova
We spent a week in Morena' apartment. It was lovely. The location in the old town is excellent. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with first class fittings and decor. The view of the Duomo from the balcony is memorable. Note the apartment is near some of the University buildings and as such the students like to sit out and enjoy themselves in the evening - it can get a little noisy some nights - but it sure adds to the vibrant atmosphere and you can always close the shutters and turn on the a/c if it bothers you😎 Staying in this apartment is a 5 star experience.
Lovely apartment in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the centre
We loved staying here in Padova. The apartment was very spacious with a light and airy feel. There’s a terrace balcony which looks over the city which was lovely.
The host Morena was very helpful at check-in, we felt welcomed to be in her home. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Padova.
We really loved Padova.. Morena was a lovely host and Roberta was so kind to greet us upon arrival.
The attic is just perfect! The location is amazing. Just outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. The apartment is very safe and clean with amazing views of the duomo. The lavender growing on the patio was intoxicating. The apartment is spacious and the AC works well. We highly recommend this place for your stsy in Padove.
Cori and Tony. Ciao.
spacious apartment with great views
We were very happy with the apartment and our hosts---good communication before and during the trip, and prompt response to a minor crisis in the building, quickly resolved. Location is great, a quiet street very near centro. The building itself is lovely, and while it is a bit of a climb to the apartment it's worth it for the beautiful views. The apartment is thoughtfully set up for guests. We were only there for 4 days, but you could definitely settle into for a longer stint. Very efficient room AC units, much appreciated in Padovan summer!
Outstanding apartment in central Padova
This apartment is truly stunning, it is far larger than I expected and fantastically designed. I would say this is one of the best apartments I have ever rented. It has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to take advantage of the great Padova markets close by. It is also in a great location within a few minutes walk to the main squares and city centre.
Morena was a charming host and provided all the information we needed for our stay. Thanks for a fantastic trip, I hope to be back.
The photos do not do this excellent flat justice - yes there are steps, but you should not let that put you off renting. The comfort and equipment levels are second to none - the basics are perfect (comfy bed; great bathroom; comfy sofa). The view from the balcony is fabulous. We stayed in Padua to visit Venice and then Verona on separate days. The flat is a great base and was pleasantly warm on the Winter days. The local Padua markets and supermarkets make catering simple. We loved the flat - it is highly recommended for anyone who would like to visit this region
