This luxury apartment is located cross the road from the sea and close to the town, which is steeped in history to when the Moors occupied this area.
The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms both with en-suites, large lounge with Sky TV plus BBC.1-2 and ITV etc. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, Microwave, toaster etc. Two balconies to sit with your drink and look at the sea and watch the world go by.
Large communal pool located in a beautiful garden and only used by the residents and visitors. Cross the road to the Burriana beach.

With Carabeo being our favourite street what better than to stay just off the end of it! Tony was fantastic, such a gentleman and had everything organised for us including taxi transfers (driver having the key of apartment) which went perfectly. Four of us stayed in this apartment (2 couples). It was spotless, the bedrooms with ensuites were great. We were a little worried about traffic noise as it's such a busy little road but that wasn't a problem in the slightest we slept very well. The lounge is a great size and the apartment had everything we needed. Not to mention the fantastic view........it looks over Carabeo beach. The pool area is also great. No complaints from us 4, would highly recommend it and will definitely return to Tony's perfect apartment in the perfect location.....minutes from town and beaches!
Beautiful apt, spotless, airy and spacious - it has everything you could possibly need. Great swimming pool. Easy access to the beach which I loved. Less than 5 minutes to the centre of town which is absolutely beautiful. Thanks again to Tony who was super, he really looked after us. Two of my mates are booking with Tony for next year. I have booked again for May 2012. Super location. Looking forward to May 2012.
EL APARTAMENTO TIENE UNA UBICACIÓN PRIVILEGIADA YA QUE SE ENCUENTRA AL LADO DE UNA DE LAS CALAS DE NERJA Y AL MISMO TIEMPO ESTÁ A POCOS MINUTOS ANDANDO DEL PUEBLO.TODO ESTÁ MUY CERCA.PARA MI HA SIDO IDEAL PORQUE VIAJABA CON UNA PERSONA MAYOR.
LAS INSTALACIONES DEL APARTAMENTO RESULTARON UN POCO DEFICIENTES,LA DUCHA SOBRE TODO, SIN EMBARGO, EL PROPIETARIO NOS DÍO UN BUEN SERVICIO E INTENTÓ REPARARLA, SOLUCIONANDO TEMPORALMENTE EL PROBLEMA.EL APARTAMENTO SE ENCONTRABA EN BUEN ESTADO, SÓLO TUVIMOS EL PROBLEMA DE LA DUCHA Y EL PROPIETARIO FUE MUY ATENTO EN TODO MOMENTO.RECOMENDARÍA LA PROPIEDAD SIN DUDARLO , DE HECHO, NOSOTROS PENSAMOS REPETIR.NOS GUSTÓ MUCHO LA EXCURSIÓN QUE REALIZAMOS EN PIRAGUA Y UN RESTAURANTE DEL CENTRO DEL PUEBLO LLAMADO LA TABERNA.LA PLAYA DE BURRIANA ES TAMBIÉN MUY RECOMENDABLE.EN ELLA HAY UN MERENDERO LLAMADO AYO DONDE SIRVEN UNAS PAELLAS DELICIOSAS.ADEMÁS, LO BUENO ES QUE PAGAS EL PRIMER PLATO DE ARROZ Y DESPUÉS PUEDES PEDIR GRATIS TODOS LOS QUE QUIERAS.PARA TOMAR UNA COPA, RECOMIENDO EL RINCON DEL SOL, LA MÚSICA ES MUY BUENA Y LOS SILLONES COMODÍSIMOS.PREPARAN UNAS COPAS EXÓTICAS QUE MERECE LA PENA PROBAR.A LO LARGO DE BURRIANA HAY ALGUNAS TIENDAS QUE SON MUY INTERESANTES, SIN EMBARGO,ES PREFERIBLE VISITAR LAS DEL CENTRO DEL PUEBLO, SON MEJORES Y HAY UNA MAYOR VARIEDAD.FINALMENTE ME GUSTARÍA AÑADIR QUE RECOMENDARÍA TANTO LA PROPIEDAD 11491 COMO EL PUEBLO DE NERJA A FAMILIAS,PAREJAS Y GRUPOS DE AMIGOS.LA DESCRIPCIÓN DEL ANUNCIO FUE PRECISA CON RESPECTO A LA UBICACIÓN Y LAS INSTALACIONES, EXCEPTO CON LA TV QUE NO DISPONÍA DE TDT Y SEGUÍA SIENDO ANALÓGICA, CON LO CUAL, ERA IMPOSIBLE VERLA.SIN EMBARGO, EL PROPIETARIO SOLUCIONO EL PROBLEMA EN BREVE.PARA MI HA SIDO ESTUPENDO PODER LLEVARME DE VACACIONES A MI MASCOTA, UN PERRITO DE DOS KILOS AL QUE QUEREMOS MUCHO.NO HE TENIDO PROBLEMAS EN EL APARTAMENTO YA QUE ME LO ADMITIERON DESDE EL PRINCIPIO.EN GENERAL, UNAS VACACIONES ESTUPENDAS.
The Sierra Almijara mountain range shelters Nerja from adverse winter weather and at the same time provides a breathtaking backdrop to the whitewashed red roofed villas. Nerja is only 45 minutes away from Malaga airport and only 90 minutes from one of Spain's most popular skiing resorts; the Sierra Nevada. The Costa del Sol has, what is considered to be, the best all year round climate in Europe with typical temperatures ranging from 18c in the coolest months (Dec-Feb), 25c approximately in may/June/Sept/Oct and up to 31c in July and August.
