3 bedroom house (up to 8 people) and beachside 2 bathrooms

Apartment right in front of one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Located in a gated community with pool. It has three bedrooms for up to 8 people. It has two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, mircoondas, dishwasher, washing). Possibility of barbecue. It has parking. Has a supermarket right below can access from the development. There is also a pharmacy and a multi store. Only 5 minutes walk from the center of Rincon de la Victoria. A wonderful promenade which has numerous bars (beach bars) where you can stop to eat meat or fish quality. In the vicinity of the house there is a school, a school of horse racing, a surf school, a school of kite, paragliding and climbing area Nearby is the golf course of Anoreta. Also nearby is the Center for the Study of Flamenco. The highway connecting the East Coast, is very close (5 minutes) and only 20-30 minutes can visit beautiful white villages of the Axarquia (Torrox, Nerja, Frigiliana, Competa, Sayalonga, Comares, La Viñuela, etc. ..) having Museums Wine and gastronomic routes. Possibility to rent cars, bicycles and even driver gastronomic, oenological and cultural routes. You'll find close to the highway that connects the west coast, you can go to Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Marbella and Puerto Banus in only 30-40 minutes. If you want to visit the nearby cities can go to Granada in 50 minutes. Tarifa (Cadiz) is one hour by car 20 minutes 1. Possibility of going to all these destinations by bus. Cordoba and Seville are 40 minutes Possibility AVE (high speed train), rental bikes and cars, even with a driver to go to the gastronomic, oenological and cultural routes. Possibility of boating. Malaga airport is a 25 minute drive. The average annual temperature is 20 degrees.

Rincon de la Victoria Apartment

We had a brilliant stay in this apartment which is situated just across the road from the beautiful beach that runs the length of Rincon de la Victoria. The three bedroomed, air-conditioned apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped. The balcony overlooks the rectangular, fresh water swimming pool. Next door to the apartment block is a large supermarket and about 100metres up the road is the bus stop for Malaga city. Also, the organised taxi transfers to and from the airport were really helpful. We should like to say a particular thank you to our driver Daniel.
