This expansive 4-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Malta’s most chic and lively location. Sliema has been steadily rising into becoming Malta’s business and retail capital; with shops, shopping centres, restaurants and bars abounding. This location offers a bit of everything, and is ideal for anyone who wishes to be at the centre of all activity, while also being a stone’s throw away from other attractions.
The apartment is set on 170m² and makes optimal use of the space provided. On the front side of the apartment, characterised by the striking sea and harbour view, one can find the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, one flowing graciously into the other in a coherent and harmonious way. The décor is minimalistic and monochromatic, giving the whole area a modern and upscale feel. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooking, and comes decked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and utensils. The living and dining area are homogenous, although both are outshined by the sparkling Mediterranean Sea which peeks through the curtains. The terrace off of the living and dining area comes with outdoor dining furniture as well, thus providing an al fresco dining facility ideal for sweltering summer nights. The Jacuzzi on the terrace is also an added feature to this property, and offers a beckoning tranquillity amidst the hustle and bustle of the town – you can relax with the dazzling view of the Harbour while life rushes by below.
The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a contemporary style, complimenting the rest of the apartment. There is a twin-bedroom off of the living area, providing a private enclave for anyone who would like to be set apart from the rest. The other bedrooms are located at the back part of the apartment, which overlooks a quiet side-street instead of the bustling sea-front. This location was an ideal option for bedrooms as it provides a virtually noise-free environment in which one can rest at ease. The main bedroom comes endowed with an en-suite bathroom, providing even more comfort. The other bedrooms share a family bathroom located on the same corridor. There is also a washing machine available for use in a separate area dedicated for laundry.
Moreover, there is an optional parking facility for anyone renting a car. Parking comes at an extra cost of 10 euro per night.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Modern, comfortable Apartment in an Ideal Location.
Excellent Location for this property at Sliema Ferries. All the boat tours and buses are within a 5 minute walk distance - including the ferry to Valetta. Shopping and restaurants are abundant.
The property itself was fine. A few little things needed to be mended but not a big deal. The kitchen is very well-equipped.
View from the balcony is fabulous-overlooking Valletta and the seafront. Because it is on a main street it can be noisy both from traffic and people/music. Also on our last day there construction (demolition) began on a property next door.
We had strict instructions regarding the Garbage pick-up and to not leave it on the stairs to the building. It is quite clear that other residents of the building do not obey these rules as almost everyday of our 11 day stay there was garbage on the stairs. Not a very nice picture when you first arrive or thereafter.
It was our first time visiting Malta and we thoroughly enjoyed the great location of this apartment.

Lovely Apartment with great views and location
This modern apartment is well situated a few minutes walk from restaurants and bars, plus a classy supermarket and a central bus hub. The apartment itself is actually better than the photos, with 3 generous double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and well-equipped, modern kitchen, and balcony.
Our host was extremely helpful, arranging a taxi from the airport, greeting us on arrival, and making our checkout and return to the airport equally as smooth. He responded to all questions and requests swiftly and with patience. We were provided with lots of useful information about the apartment and also about the sights to see in Malta. Will surely come back.

Spacious, located in a quiet tourist area, plenty of promenade [Sliema & St Juliens] and breathtaking views of Valletta harbor form balconies. No issues regarding parking, as we had a free parking space available in the garage nearby. The team made our stay as pleasurable and comfortable as possible as the apartment was fully equipped and enjoyed every part of it, which included the jacuzzi in one of the front balconies. Highly recommended five-star apartment and service.

Die Lage ist super und Vermittlung war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten Problem mit den Badezimmern. Der Duschkopf war kaputt und wurde am 5-ten Tag erst gewechselt, bis dahin mussten wir alle 7-Personen in einem Bad duschen. Der einzige Küchenmesser zum schneiden war stumm und schneidet nichts. Der Toster war kaputt.Es gab keine Mülltüten, im Laden war auch keine zu finden.Der Eisenbügel war auch nicht in Ordnung. Zum Putzen-kein Boden lappen... und noch einiges Kleinigkeiten.
Fantastic Apartment and Great Agency
Short lets Malta services were outstanding with regards to communication prior to our stay and on our arrival we were delighted to see that the flat was finished to the highest of standards with all modern amenities, it was also nice and clean. It was situated on possibly the best location in Sliema, with ferry rides and a local bus stop right across the street. Everything is pretty close to the flat, there are plenty of restaurants along the harbour strip however you find the best ones that serve traditional Maltese food like 'Ta' Kris' along the side streets. Having a harbour view was fantastic as well as having great views of Valletta across the water. Each room was fully air conditioned, the kitchen was fully equipped and the living area had internet tv (the flat has free wi-fi) and adequate and comfortable seating, oh and it had a jacuzzi :) Our correspondent for the flat 'Steve' was excellent and very helpful. If we ever return to Malta I will use Short Lets Malta again and would recommend them to any of my friends.

Spent 7 nights in this beautiful apt. Maybe the best location in Sliema - bus stop on the other side of the street, (to Valletta, Mdina, Gozo ferry) many restaurants on your doorstep also Burger King and McDonald's. Two bigger shopping malls three minutes walk away and also smaller supermarkets nearby, one open every day. Sliema Ferry about 200meters away with many other sightseeing cruises. The apartment is light and spacious with the bedrooms at the back - nice and quiet. A/C in every room. Wonderful views from the large balcony over the bay towards Valletta and the harbour. 3rd floor was very convenient as I don't like lifts. The interior is modern with comfortable sofas and of course the possibility to eat al fresco. Found in the citchen everything we needed. And the jacuzzi on the balcony was a great plus! We received a warm welcome from the company, Steve was meeting us at the apt. to show us around and it also was very good to have the opportunity to pay cash the rest of the payment.
We really ejoyed our stay and hope to go again soon!

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season. Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival. Alternatively, the reservation can be made via homeaway family site/s. Please do note that once this option is selected there will be a 3% booking fee added to the quote due to site processing fees. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit. Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities - 200KWh- for 4 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.
