About the property

Facing south - Panoramic view of the 2 terraces - Quiet & Comfort

Loft bright "combining modernity and tradition" .... the "tiptop" chalet is very pleasant in all seasons: spring, summer, autumn, winter. Ideal for 4 people (6 max), the cottage is cozy, clean, functional and well equipped.

The chalet is located in a private residential hamlet of several cottages (80) in the forest on the heights of Embrun (1020 meters), near the historic city center and the railway station (5 minutes), the Plan of water and Lake Serre - Ponçon (5 kms). A walking path leads to the city center and train station in less than 30 minutes. Starting hikes from the cottage one hundred meters!

In summer, for younger as for older, many opportunities for well-being activities ("the great pure air") related to the beauty of the lake of Serre Ponçon and the surrounding mountains. For the winter season, the interest of the cottage is its proximity (25/35 minutes) winter sports resorts of Orres, Reallon, Vars - Risoul ... Crévoux and 1 early, Serre Chevalier ... .. allowing, for amateurs, to vary the daily pleasures of skiing or snowshoeing. Note that in case of bad weather or fog, cottage, well cocooning, is an excellent compromise unlike many housing stations.

At 200 meters, a mountain restaurant in summer and abundant good "cuisine" excellent value for money but also dishes or pizza takeaway (reservations recommended).

The chalet is an address "Tiptop" sought out and around Embrun for a great holiday and recharge (brightness, sunshine, fresh air) in Embrun nicknamed "the little Nice of the Alps" for its stunning scenery and many activities.

Layout loft chalet on 3 levels:

1 - The Ground Garden (Garden level) bedroom + beautiful tiled terrace of 15 m2 with mountain views / Bathroom with bath / shower and toilet

2 - the ground floor (ground floor) with a fully fitted kitchen extended from the living room - living room open onto a large balcony Larch (18m2). In summer, the living room with open balcony with the bay window let a beautiful living space of 50 m2 ... to enjoy the good times.

The ground floor also includes a bathroom with shower, wardrobe, W. C independent

3 - Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine of 30 m2 floor converted into 2 small open chambers communicating with each

Very nice Chalet

Very nice and modern chalet. Clean and packed with modern equipement. Balcony with beautiful scenery. Embrun is nearby with lots of possibilities to sport and relax. Arnoud helps to make it a beautifull vacation.

Very nice modern Chalet. Clean and beautifull. Balcony with beauifull scenery. Arnoud helps you were he can to make it a nice vacation. Definitly a place and house to come back to.

Chalet tout confort avec propriétaire sympatique!!

Chalet tout confort, pratique, super bien équipé. Idéalement situé au dessus d'Embrun et se trouvant au départ de plusieurs vallées des Hautes Alpes (05) et des Alpes de Haute Provence (04).Le chalet est face à la station des Orres et vue panoramique sur les montagnes. Le chalet est bien entretenu par une dame très gentille et très serviable!!! Au départ du chalet vous pouvez vous rendre dans la vallée de la Vallouise, vallée de fréssinière, La Meije, le parc national des Ecrins , aller au plus haut village d'Europe ST Veran ect... Nous avons pu faire quelques activités de montagne , randonnées , marche à pied , rafting , hydro speed , VTT descente ect... Nous recommandons ce chalet car nous avons vraiment passé de superbes vacances.

Retour au Chalet Tiptop

Revenant pour la troisième fois au chalet, nous avons apprécié ce séjour printanier, différent de l'été. La température est plus douce, l'Embrunnais est plus calme sans grande foule et les commerçants plus disponibles. En 5 minutes le centre ville est atteint.

Nous avons à nouveau bien profité du chalet et de ses améliorations : la cafetière style Nespresso est une bonne idée !

La nouvelle disposition du coin séjour et du salon nous est apparu plus rationnelle et bien agréable.

Nous reviendrons certainement encore y faire un séjour.

vacances parfaite

Nous avons passé 10 jours exceptionnels dans ce chalet situé sur la commune d'Embrun. Une région qui ressource énormément par sa tranquillité et son paysage magnifique (vue imprenable du chalet).

Le chalet est vraiment top et Arnaud est très soucieux du bien être de ses locataires.
