The "+ + +" of this ideal rental for 2 to 5 people:

- Panoramic view, facing south, 1 spacious terrace + balcony

- Clean, quiet, functional, well equipped (ex: Nespresso machine)

- Bedding (including 2 electric beds) & comfortable mattresses

- Good temperature and ambient ventilation (especially in hot weather)

- A parking for 3 places is in front of the chalet. Also, at about fifty meters another parking (10 places) with possibility of parking a trailer.

Arrangement on 3 levels:

                                   

- Ground floor (Rdj) converted into a bedroom (large sofa bed Roset) + bathroom with bath / shower + W. Beautiful tiled outdoor terrace.

- The ground floor (ground floor) with an open kitchen extended by a living room - living room opening through a bay window on a large balcony in larch. The set allows a beautiful living space of 50 m2, sheltered from the wind and in the shade if necessary thanks to the electric blind ... Shower and toilet also.

- Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine floor of 30 m2 with 4 beds.

It is thanks to its climate among the driest and sunniest in the Paca region that the city has earned its nickname "Nice of the Alps". The beautiful luminosity, the quality of the air, the very beautiful natural setting, the proximity of the lake of Serre Ponçon and the surrounding mountains allow many activities for very good moments of holidays. Embrun, again, city stage of the Tour de France 2017!

The chalet is located in a private residential hamlet of several cottages (80) in the forest on the heights of Embrun (1020 meters), near the historic city center and the railway station (5 minutes), the Plan of water and Lake Serre - Ponçon (5 kms). A walking path leads to the city center and train station in less than 30 minutes. Starting hikes from the cottage one hundred meters!

- In the summer, for the youngest and for the older ones, there are many possibilities for wellness activities ("fresh air") linked to the beauty of the Serre de Ponçon lake and the surrounding mountains.. - For the winter season, the interest of the chalet is its proximity (25/35 minutes) to the winter sports resorts of Orres, Réallon, Vars - Risoul, Crévoux ... Serre Chevalier and Puy Saint Vincent (1h) .... which allows, for the amateurs, to vary daily the pleasures of the glide or snowshoes. Note that in case of bad weather or fog, cottage, well cocooning, is an excellent compromise unlike many housing stations.

At 200 meters, a mountain restaurant offers in the summer season a good and abundant "local cuisine" excellent value for money but also dishes or pizzas to go (booking recommended).

Very nice Chalet

Very nice and modern chalet. Clean and packed with modern equipement. Balcony with beautiful scenery. Embrun is nearby with lots of possibilities to sport and relax. Arnoud helps to make it a beautifull vacation.

Very nice modern Chalet. Clean and beautifull. Balcony with beauifull scenery. Arnoud helps you were he can to make it a nice vacation. Definitly a place and house to come back to.

Super séjour dans une région magnifique et un chalet parfaitement confortable

Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants de 5, 6 et 8 ans. Nous avons passé un séjour génial dans cette magnifique région des hautes alpes.

La localisation est idéale à 5 minutes à peine du centre d'embrun et du plan d'eau.

Le chalet est parfait, il est intégralement équipé pour notre plus grand confort. Sa rénovation a été faite avec goût tout en gardant le cachet typique des chalets de montagne.

Étant perché dans les hauts de Chalvet, la vue depuis le balcon est imprenable sur les montagnes.

Arnaud est tout à fait charmant, arrangeant et serviable.

Ne passez pas à côté d'un séjour dans ce très beau chalet alpin.

Chalet tout confort avec propriétaire sympatique!!

Chalet tout confort, pratique, super bien équipé. Idéalement situé au dessus d'Embrun et se trouvant au départ de plusieurs vallées des Hautes Alpes (05) et des Alpes de Haute Provence (04).Le chalet est face à la station des Orres et vue panoramique sur les montagnes. Le chalet est bien entretenu par une dame très gentille et très serviable!!! Au départ du chalet vous pouvez vous rendre dans la vallée de la Vallouise, vallée de fréssinière, La Meije, le parc national des Ecrins , aller au plus haut village d'Europe ST Veran ect... Nous avons pu faire quelques activités de montagne , randonnées , marche à pied , rafting , hydro speed , VTT descente ect... Nous recommandons ce chalet car nous avons vraiment passé de superbes vacances.

Retour au Chalet Tiptop

Revenant pour la troisième fois au chalet, nous avons apprécié ce séjour printanier, différent de l'été. La température est plus douce, l'Embrunnais est plus calme sans grande foule et les commerçants plus disponibles. En 5 minutes le centre ville est atteint.

Nous avons à nouveau bien profité du chalet et de ses améliorations : la cafetière style Nespresso est une bonne idée !

La nouvelle disposition du coin séjour et du salon nous est apparu plus rationnelle et bien agréable.

Nous reviendrons certainement encore y faire un séjour.

vacances parfaite

Nous avons passé 10 jours exceptionnels dans ce chalet situé sur la commune d'Embrun. Une région qui ressource énormément par sa tranquillité et son paysage magnifique (vue imprenable du chalet).

Le chalet est vraiment top et Arnaud est très soucieux du bien être de ses locataires.
