I have a wonderful villa located on the beach in the Canary Islands in a climate where it's spring all year round with temperatures ranging between 18 º and 22 º. I'll put it on rent for the first time. It is immaculate, with all amenities. Close to everything and in a very quiet, not touristy. The decor is unique in that all the pictures are original, renowned painters. The sculptures and murals are beautiful, famous sculptors. Those who come to my home rentals can enjoy a unique experience for the comforts and facilities of the villa and its situation as it is in the center of the beach and the opportunity to enjoy your stay in my house of a private art collection very exclusive, exceptional and uncommon.

Living in the Canaries is a privilege for the weather so soft and wonderful, full of light and sun without being aggressive or pushy because it blows a gentle breeze from the sea and cools the air (the trades). The rains are truly scarce, rare and only lasts a few hours. Winters are truly extraordinary, when in Europe are with those winters so raw, so long and with few hours of sunshine, here we are with a warm temperature, light and sun all day, and bathing on the beach, enjoying the life, good food, wine and champagne canaries extraordinary because the terrain is volcanic, also cheeses are great with national and international awards and all seafood products are fantastic. Near golf course (4 km) and close to everything.

What makes this villa unique

The most valuable of my house is that since the entire front of the beach greatly enjoys sea is changing with each wave, high tide and low tide. He enjoys his contemplation from many places in my house: from the main living and dining room are magnificent views from the second living room also enjoys the views and terrace on the beach, from the master bedroom which has views marvelous. from another bedroom that has a large window on the terrace which is on the beach. From the terrace of 100m located on the beach enjoying the sea too much and can be downloaded directly to the beach.

I chose to live in this house because its privileged situation in a non-tourist area, very quiet and close to everything: golf, supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, museums, auditorium, theater, downtown, with healthcare and dentists in minutes, etc..

Fantastic property located centrally for getting to all the right places and fantastic views!

Property was very well maintained and wonderful artwork throughout. A fantastic position above the beach (which was the one most of the surfing schools use). Nearby restaurants and great walks along the boardwalk. Definitely have a car as then it's 20 mins to Las Palmas and 35 mins to Maspalamos beaches. Nearby supermarkets and mall. Again, a great place to relax and tan!

Great stay at a well appointed property

We can recommend this property. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and right on the beach. The house is located in a residential area where we had no disturbances at all. It's a reasonable walk to evening restaurants or a very short hop by car (we recommend a hire car for a stay here). The restaurants we found were very good and catered for residents as well as tourists. Isabel was a fabulous host. Super attentive and exceptionally quick to answer questions or to address any queries. Very efficient and trustworthy. The house exceeded the standards we hoped for, it caters for the upper end of the market - great artwork in the home too as well as fast wifi.

Owner's Response: Karsten Goerlitz and his group are extraordinary people that every owner wants to receive. They have valued my house on the beach located in a non-tourist residential area that allows you to enjoy a quiet stay without crowds or noise and many days the beach seems to be private. And it is a few minutes away from anything you may need: supermarkets, hypermarkets, restaurants and cafes, shopping centers, golf, etc. It always gives me great joy to know that the people who come to my house have a great time, they keep a pleasant memory of their vacations and they are left wanting to return to my house on the beach.

Prachtige Plek met uitzicht op zee!

Wat een fantastische plek voor een prachtige week vakantie met de hele family!

Vanuit de villa zo het strand lopen is geweldig.

Men is de buurt wat aan het renoveren. Strand met restaurantjes op 5 autominuten

De villa is keurig onderhouden en schoon.

Bij dit niveau huis hoort wel een veel betere manier van koffie zetten.

Advies is ook om een slang neer te leggen om zelf dagelijks het zand op het terras wat weg te kunnen spoelen.

Wij komen zker nogmaals terug

Outstanding house the beach

What a beautiful home in a stunning location. The house is above our expectations. Although expensive, really worth. The view is so beautiful and is located right on the beach. Constantly in view of the bay. Everything advertised was present in the house and everything worked perfect. Very large and well decorated. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen Top!

The pool and solarium Top! Full of intimacy. Everything you need is in the house. When we had a problem with the DVD player, this was resolved the same day. The owner is very friendly. The pool was heated at our request and had an ideal temperature. The house has two main rooms have access to the pool and another with access to the terrace overlooking the beach. We had a wonderful holiday in a quiet beach in a residential area with neighbors canaries. We recommend this house and this beach.
