This recently refurbished apartment offers every comfort for your vacation rental. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is very bright. You have a balcony and a garden to enjoy the views of the Imperial Casino and the lake. Private condominium parking allows you to park your car in front of the building. Shops and restaurants nearby. Beach two minutes walk. The Old Town is also within 15 minutes walk along the lake (bike path at the foot of the building). We are at your disposal to advise you on outings and visits according to your wishes.

Bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows and covers), towels (towels and bath mats, towels, slippers), kitchen linens (towels) are provided for a real saving space in your suitcase! !

Top quality apartment. Everything as described on info sheet. Only negative is parking. Very small spaces. Even the 3 floors of steps were not bad. Might be a little difficult for some. Overall, extremely pleased with this choice.

It is a great location truly. You have access to town if you dont mind a bit of a walk(if you do there is a bus stop out the door)The host is amazing and so helpful and replys quickly to emails We never had the chance to meet him but his overseer met us at the time we had arranged and was available if we needed anything.The lake is right there it is probably one of the most refreshing places we have ever been as far as a homeaway/homestay.

Lovely apartment in a super location

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment for two weeks. Annecy is a stunning place and this apartment is the perfect place to base yourself. The location is perfect, it is just across the road from a lovely park with a playground and the stunning scenery of the lake. It is an easy and picturesque 15 minute walk into town. Even my husband, who always wants to drive everywhere never got bored of the walk in to town! There is a private car park, and many days we never even had to get in the car.

The flat itself is lovely, a big bright airy living room, well equiped kitchen and comfortable bedroom. The apartment is on a busy road, but with the windows and shutters closed, you couldn't hear a thing. there is a lovely balcony too which doesn;t really have a lake view per se, the view is nice nonetheless. The owner provided a cot for our baby and also a high chair. The whole flat was sparkling clean. There was a washer and drier which was fantastic for us with the baby, being able to wash our clothes was a life saver. The shower was really powerful and there was loads of hot water. The whole flat has been recently decorated. The wifi is free and far faster than we get at home! The weakest point of the apartment is the toilet, it is separate from the bathroom and is a bit dark and stuffy.

A couple of things about the flat, it is on the third floor and doesn't have a lift. I mistakenly thought it had a lift and it was a little awkward with a baby and pram. If your mobility is any way impaired, it could be an issue for you.

Also, the apartment does not have a/c, this was a problem for us for our first few days as it was very warm and we only had one fan. As I previously mentioned, the road is busy so leaving the windows open wasn't really possible. It cooled down after the first few days and was less of an issue, but it may be worth considering if you are going at the height of summer.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay, the finish, location and price of the apartment would be hard to beat and i would definitely return here.

très bel appartement, bien situé pour se promener dans Annecy sans avoir a reprendre la voiture.. petit soucis 3ème étage sans ascenseur pour les bagages...autrement cela fait de l'exercice...les propriétaires sont très attentionnés. merci beaucoup

Location où il fait bon vivre

A la découverte totale d'Annecy, nous avons été ravis par la ville, le lac, le panorama et la location qui répondait à toutes nos attentes, voire plus encore : une situation idéale, prés du lac, des plages, du casino, d'un petit espace de commerces ; un appartement très bien aménagé, très propre, avec absolument tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, bref, tout pour se sentir très vite chez soi et prendre rapidement ses marques. Il pleut, pas de problème, des parapluies vous attendent ; un rayon de soleil, des transats sont à disposition et des jouets de plage pour enfants aussi ; besoin d'une rallonge électrique, elle est dans le tiroir ; un après-midi pluvieux et on a le choix de la musique, des livres ou des jeux de société pour grands et petits, etc... Tout ça avec un accueil très sympathique de Corinne et des attentions particulièrement agréables de la part du loueur.

Voilà de quoi nous inciter à revenir dans cette location.
