This recently refurbished apartment offers every comfort for your vacation rental. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is very bright. You have a balcony and a garden to enjoy the views of the Imperial Casino and the lake. Private condominium parking allows you to park your car in front of the building. Shops and restaurants nearby. Beach two minutes walk. The Old Town is also within 15 minutes walk along the lake (bike path at the foot of the building). We are at your disposal to advise you on outings and visits according to your wishes.

Bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows and covers), towels (towels and bath mats, towels, slippers), kitchen linens (towels) are provided for a real saving space in your suitcase! !

Lovely apartment in a super location

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment for two weeks. Annecy is a stunning place and this apartment is the perfect place to base yourself. The location is perfect, it is just across the road from a lovely park with a playground and the stunning scenery of the lake. It is an easy and picturesque 15 minute walk into town. Even my husband, who always wants to drive everywhere never got bored of the walk in to town! There is a private car park, and many days we never even had to get in the car.

The flat itself is lovely, a big bright airy living room, well equiped kitchen and comfortable bedroom. The apartment is on a busy road, but with the windows and shutters closed, you couldn't hear a thing. there is a lovely balcony too which doesn;t really have a lake view per se, the view is nice nonetheless. The owner provided a cot for our baby and also a high chair. The whole flat was sparkling clean. There was a washer and drier which was fantastic for us with the baby, being able to wash our clothes was a life saver. The shower was really powerful and there was loads of hot water. The whole flat has been recently decorated. The wifi is free and far faster than we get at home! The weakest point of the apartment is the toilet, it is separate from the bathroom and is a bit dark and stuffy.

A couple of things about the flat, it is on the third floor and doesn't have a lift. I mistakenly thought it had a lift and it was a little awkward with a baby and pram. If your mobility is any way impaired, it could be an issue for you.

Also, the apartment does not have a/c, this was a problem for us for our first few days as it was very warm and we only had one fan. As I previously mentioned, the road is busy so leaving the windows open wasn't really possible. It cooled down after the first few days and was less of an issue, but it may be worth considering if you are going at the height of summer.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay, the finish, location and price of the apartment would be hard to beat and i would definitely return here.

Un séjour formidable d'une semaine pendant le Carnaval Vénitien d'Annecy

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cet appartement lumineux bien équipé et bien situé. Le propriétaire Jean Paul FLORAT est très attentionné envers ses hôtes, très réactif et soucieux du bon déroulement de leurs vacances. c"est une très belle location située dans le quartier d'Albigny où se trouvent : Traiteur, Boulangers, Petit Casino, Crèmerie, Fruits et légumes, Pharmacie; près de l'Impérial Casino.Les photos de la location ainsi que les avis reflètent bien ce que nous avons vu et les avis sont l'exactitude de ce que nous pensons de cette location. Nous reviendrons à Annecy dans cette location car on est comme chez soi. Merci à Jean Paul FLORAT et à Corinne pour l'accueil. Patrick, Christiane et Emilie

Comme à la maison

Appartement très lumineux et bien agencé. Une belle salle de vie en face du lac, une grande chambre, le canapé lit de 200cm x180 cm dans le coin salon permet d accueillir deux personnes dans le confort. Cuisine bien équipée. Proche de tous les commerçants du quartier d Albigny et à 15 mn du centre ville au bord du lac. Un pied à terre charmant qui va nous servir de camp de base familial. Accueil et attentions au top. Carte de la région, tickets de bus, produits bio pour les premières toilettes.. comme à l hôtel chez soi. À recommander. MHJ

Un long week-end très agréable.

Un charmant appartement, très propre et baignée de lumière. Le propriétaire est au petit soin de ses locataires en leur mettant à disposition diverses commodités très appréciables. Merci à vous. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce long week-end chez vous. En plus nous avions eu un temps magnifique. Nous reviendrons sûrement. Famille Pankutz

Très bien, rien à redire

Bel appartement, refait à neuf, bien équipé, bien situé en bordure du lac et près du centre ville.

Seul petit bémol, 3ème étage sans ascenseur.
