DUPLEX PENTHOUSE 3HAB, 2BA, CENTER, 160m2, WIFI, TERRACE

Elegant and luxurious duplex penthouse newly renovated in the center of Seville. The apartment is superb and exceptional finishes. It is large (160m2), very bright, modern design and elegant furnished. It has air conditioning and central heating, wooden floors and high ceilings with fans. Despite having a central location is very peaceful and quiet due to the double glazed windows, which insulate it from the outside. The terrace is a perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. It has a dining table and 2 loungers for sunbathing.

It is distributed in 2 levels: On the ground floor are the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Upstairs, the master double bedroom, 1 bathroom and terrace. In the living room you can be installed 2 extra beds, on request.

Its location is perfect for sightseeing tour of the city, as it is in the center, just several minutes andandando of the main monuments (Cathedral, Alcazar, City Hall, Archive of the Indies, Museum of Fine Arts, Plaza de Toros Maestranza, etc). The car is unnecessary, since almost all visits can be made on foot.

In the area there are many restaurants and tapas bars, both traditional Spanish and Andalusian food, as international food. There are also live flamenco in theaters near the apartment. There are several public car parks, as well as several quality supermarkets and a shopping mall nearby. The main shops of clothes, shoes and souvenirs are just minutes away.

Its location is perfect for FAIR SEVILLA, since it is only 4 minutes walk from the bullring Real Maestranza.

Beautiful, well located apartment

My wife and three teenagers spent a long weekend in this beautifully appointed apartment. When we arrived, our host Pablo bought a map with over 30 locations of grocery stores, recommended restaurants and historical sites located on it. He couldn't have been more generous with his time. The apartment was very quiet and looked as if it had need professionally decorated. It has a large, private roof deck and luxurious bathrooms. My oldest teenager wondered if we could move there permanently. Of our four rentals in Spain, this was by far the best.

Wonderful place in beautiful Seville!!!

This is a great place to enjoy visiting Seville. It is easy walking to most everything and a very comfortable apartment. Fully equipped, clean, quiet, and full of light, we very much enjoyed our time here. All communications with Pablo were answered promptly and he was very helpful with information at check in, giving us maps, discussing sights....a great host!! The apartment has nice furnishings, bedrooms are comfortable, bathrooms nicely appointed. This is a great find for a family or a group of friends traveling together. You do have to go through one bedroom to get to the 2nd one, but we knew this in advance and it was no problem. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it. Thank you, Pablo, for contributing to our wonderful stay in Seville!!!

Beautiful spacious comfortable apartment

We had a wonderful four days in Seville exploring the city. We toured the cathedral and the bull fighting arena

. We spent time on the water front and wandering the streets of the old barrio. Pablo was kind enough to have information on the sights, restaurants and a map of the city so it was easy to find our way around on foot. The location of his apartment was perfect. If we ever come back this is where we will stay again!!!

Great location

Turns out this was a great location for a stay in Seville. Across the bridge from Triana, great restaurants, the bull ring, nothing more than a 15 minute walk. Well the Macarena was 1.3 miles but we stumbled across a rocknroll street with vinyl record stores on the way there. My husband was in heaven.

The terrace was not really used except to dry laundry. It's on the second floor reached by a very long circular staircase. The master bedroom is also on the 2nd floor of the apartment. Lovely. Very spacious living room, well equipped kitchen. 2nd bedroom is nice but you walk thru the 3rd bedroom (former den, library or office) to get there. This would work fine for a family but I don't think 3 couples would like it. We were 2 couples.

Pablo was very helpful. We drove to Seville & there are numerous parking garages in the area.

Excellent Visit

Sevilla is a charming city. The flat is very spacious, nicely decorated, clean, and in a great location. A plus is the terrace off the master bedroom on the second floor (The beds are FABULOUS!!!) . Very private.

I can't say enough about Pablo. He was very welcoming and provided everything we needed, from food market to restaurant locations to detailed printed information regarding the flat. I recommend this location without hesitation.

Thank you, Pablo, you made our stay very pleasurable.

Perfection in Seville

My partner and I stayed at this property for about a week in Nov/Dec and could not have been more delighted. We are so glad we chose this place.

Firstly, I found the owner, Pablo, to be an extremely reliable and honest person to deal with. He welcomed us at the apartment, gave us a tour and an explanation of how to run the appliances, etc. He also gave us a map of Seville and many good suggestions of how best to enjoy our holiday.

The apartment is right in the middle of the action, walking distance to the cathedral and the palace. Yet it shuts out street noise very well. It's very large, on two levels, with a great kitchen and a lovely rooftop terrace that is very private.

I particularly liked the bed which has a large and very comfortable mattress. The same for the sofa. In fact the apartment was so nice there were days I didn't want to go out at all.

The apartamento'está located in one of the best areas in the historical center of the city, El Arenal, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral. All major attractions (Cathedral, Alcazar, Torre del Oro, Town Hall, Museum of Fine Arts, Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, Torre del Oro, Guadalquivir River) are a few minutes walk, so use car is unnecessary.

Arenal market is just 100 meters away. The famous bridge of Triana. from which you have a magnificent view over the river Guadalquivir, it is only 150 meters. In it you can practice water activities like kayaking and rowing. Also, you can take a leisurely boat ride on the river, with views of the city on both sides. Nearby is the starting point for buses 2 floors for the guided tour of the city. It also boats for a walk along the river.

The area is very safe and has many restaurants, tapas bars of Spanish cuisine and traditional Andalusian and international top brand shops, supermarkets, car parks, cinemas, theaters with live flamenco shows.

The apartment location is strategic to spend Easter and admire the famous processions of Seville, whose official must travel is very close. Some well-known of them (Esperanza de Triana, Puppy, Museum, Star, among others) literally go next, you can see it even from the terrace.

The location is also very good to attend the Fair of Seville bullring with just 5 minutes walk.
