A Beautiful 2 Bed 2 Bath Property With Sports Rights and free Wi-fi

A luxuriously refurbished two bedroom two bathroom spacious apartment which has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is free Wi-Fi together with a new air conditioning/heating system. A contemporary and stylish kitchen has been installed. A new walk-in double shower has been installed in the family bathroom. There is a private terrace and barbecue perfect for al-fresco dining. Our apartment is in the beautiful and quiet Las Palmeras community of only 30 linked apartments with a large shared pool surrounded by landscaped gardens adjacent to the Par 47 course in the centre of La Manga Club.

La Manga Club has 3 superb golf courses. The tennis facilities are outstanding; the UK LTA use La Manga for their winter training. Our guests receive 'resident' discounted rates for golf and tennis. There are also Academies for cricket, football and rugby during holiday periods for which our guests also receive discounted prices. The Spa at Las Lomas has a wonderful extensive menu of treatments to pamper you.

Restaurants, cafes and bars are within short walking distance and the Club has its own private beach cove at La Cala where there is a picturesque restaurant cut into the side of the cliff wonderful for lunch (April-October) and dinner (July-August). The pretty harbour village of Cabo de Palos is a 20 minute drive away which offers a large array of harbour side restaurants serving freshly caught fish. Horse riding is located nearby in Los Belones and there is Go-Carting for the young at heart a 10 minute drive from the Club.

About Ann & Andy Page

Andy and I have been coming to La Manga Club since 1989 and fell in love with it straight away. Our daughter is now 23 and we have enjoyed many happy holidays staying in a variety of villas and apartments. From Amy enjoying the kiddie club to her coming out with her friends and staying out all night! - it has certainly sped by. It had always been a dream to buy a property at the Club and in 2013 we found the time was right and we bought No. 8. It was in its original condition and we were excited to be able to put our stamp on it and completely refurbish it. We are thrilled with the results and always hope our guests feel at home. We come out as often as we can and always feel sad when we have to leave but always look forward to our early return!

Spotlessly clean & very comfortable

We have just returned from our 3rd visit to La Manga and on each occasion we've stayed in this particular Apartment. It's in a great location with magnificent views from the well furnished terrace. Everything about 8 Las Palmeras is notable; the furnishings, the bedrooms & bathrooms, the living area and well appointed kitchen - and even the WiFi works consistently well! When you add in the significant savings on golf fees and that some of the best restaurants in the Resort are within a few minutes, you should look no further than this one for your next holiday. Peaceful, relaxing location and beautifully maintained - you won't be disappointed.

Beautifully modern apartment

Don't want to recommend this little gem as we would like to keep it all to ourselves!! Great location, 10 minute walk from tennis centre, would suggest using a car if you have difficulty walking as located up a slight slope. A modern well equipped property with lots of little extras (beach towels) clean and very relaxing to be in. Owners very professional to deal with and responded to any questions asked, hoping to stay again very soon - Palmer Family

Las Palermas

Enjoyed our stay in Las Palermas, close to amenities, however an extremely steep hill to apartment, not suitable for the elderly, disabled, pool area is neglected and sun loungers tatty. Also, construction work which was noisy and dusty. The apartment was modern clean and comfortable and at no extra cost: milk, bread, tea, coffee was provided.

Would definitely hire apartment again..

There is a rolling programme for the replacement of the sun loungers that is currently ongoing. The construction works that are taking place outside of Las Palmeras are outside of the direct control of our Community but we will raise your concerns with the parties involved. Fantastic holiday let

This property has certainly got the wow factor. . Everything you need and more. . . This is definitely the best holiday apartment we have stayed in. . The facilties were first class and the staff were so friendly . . Many thanks to Ann and Andy for allowing us to use their beautiful holiday home.. as soon as we get the chance we will definitely be back.

A friendly, sunny and comfortable apartment.

I have loved my sunny half- term stay in this light and comfortable apartment. It has everything you need. I could not have wished for more. There are beautiful views from the outdoor terrace and the pool area is only a stones throw away. Shops and restaurants are very close by and taking in a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the 'square' while watching the world go by makes you feel as if you want to stay forever. There is plenty of adventure to be had in the surrounding area. Local towns and markets and lovely harbours wish fantastic sea food. After a day sunning by the pool or exploring the area you will be sure to have a good night sleep in a tranquil, cool bedroom with comfortable beds. I am sure that I will be back!

Fantastic few days

Everything you read and see are true.

I had a most enjoyable and comfortable time. The area was

peaceful and everything was within walking distance .

The apartment is really home from home, lovely atmosphere,

well equipped and I really cannot add a more glowing report than the previous holidaymakers reviews of No 8 without sounding repetitive .

I hope I will be able to return next year.
