Located in a very quiet area, yet close to the city center, this charming studio is on the 4th floor with a magnificent view of a former palace of the 1900s, a historical monument. You can enjoy a completely different kind of stay in other locations. The Riviera Palace is very well maintained, one can still admire its magnificent architecture and other decoration 1900s.
The residence is secured (access by an electric gate) and a private park is accessible and adjacent to the residence. You can enjoy the countryside in the city center to read, relax, picnic, play for children, or just walk there.
The residence has a collective and parking facilities to park in the adjacent street.
The residence is located about 5 minutes walk from the bus station (serving Menton, but also of the Alpes Maritimes region of € 1), the railway station, the Careï Market (open daily), the Biovès gardens is traditionally held the Lemon Festival. You will also find bakeries and other shops, supermarkets, various and varied restaurants, bars, and finally down this avenue Casino located on the seafront.
The studio offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and a lot of calm.
Its surface (32m² Carrez law) consists of:
* The separate fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher 6 place (nine), microwave oven, TV, a dining area for 4 people), and plenty of storage
* A bathroom including toilet, jetted whirlpool tub (new), a sink, a washing machine, dryer, storage space.
* A living-dining room, including a sofa bed settee 160cm (nine) dresser, TV HDMI socket and USB port, DVD player, hi-fi system, a dining area for 4 people.
Above the living room, a mezzanine of 9m (ceiling height about 1m40) which are installed a double bed, dresser, bedside table, and a wardrobe.
WiFi access in the apartment is included in the provision of rental.

I had a pleasure of living French life with my 8 year old son for 3 weeks in that apartment. The building is beautiful – my son called it a Princess Castle with an amazing garden. Kitchen was very good equipped so we could cook anything we wanted and enjoy an amazing view while having dinner. It’s only 5 min walk to the train station and 10min to the beach. All shops like Carrefour city is just on the left after getting to the main street. Every morning there is a food market and fresh rolls can be bought in many “boulangeries” around. I would definitely recommend to for anyone who is looking for a quiet place in a beautiful location for very reasonable price.
Riviera Palace has a beautiful appearance with its very nice entry hall and and a gorgeous private garden. The hall way on each floor is rather plain and dark. The location of the Residence is vey central, close to bus terminal where you can take the buses from and to Nice airport, Monaco and even to Italiy...A short walk down the hill and you would be in the center of town; another few minute walk through a beautiful public Park and you would be by the beach where restaurants lined up the beach walk daily with colorful umbrellas, attractive tables and chairs, inviting you to stop for a nice glass of chilled rose or sangria if not some moules frites or sea food paella...My friend and I are active by nature so we really didn't mind the up hill walk on the way back. The apartment is very pleasant, nicely decorated and has beautiful views of the hill and the mountain from both kitchen and living room. The kitchen is very clean and well equipped. The bathroom is also very nice and clean. The furniture in the living room /dining room is comfortable. However, the loft that serves as the sleeping area has a very low ceiling. The owner did mention this draw back in her description of the unit. But for a better perspective, perhaps it's worth mentioning that it's impossible to stand up straight even for us, two petite women at about 5'3". Regardless, we were very satisfied with the apartment and we felt very at home in it. Menton is definitely a hidden gem in the Côte d'Azur. We found the people here very laid back, friendly and helpful. It's a very charming city with many things to see and its proximity to Monaco, Nice and San Remo makes it even more desirable. I would definitely come back again and would love to stay at this same apartment if available.

Le bâtiment principal est assez impressionnant , voir majestueux et le jardin attenant est de toute beauté.
Studio conforme à la description . Il est situé dans un quartier calme et en octobre il a été assez facile de se garer.
Seul bémol le canapé lit pas confortable du tout en version nuit.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire l'appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien placé pour aller se balader. Nous avons posé la voiture et avons fait tout à pieds ou pris le train.
Appartement agréable conforme au descriptif. Le palace est très bien entretenu et le parc est vraiment magnifique. La ville de Menton est très jolie avec un petit bémol...il est très difficile de se garer en ville et vous n'êtes pas certain de retrouver une place à l'intérieur de la résidence car le nombre de places est inférieur au nombre de logements... alors prévoir de bonnes chaussures car la marche à pied est vraiment à privilégier. Sommes satisfaits de notre séjour et retournerons vraisemblablement dans cette ville.

Located Wharf Monléon in the municipal hall, he meets daily from 08h to 13h, Monday to Sunday, thirty traders who sell fresh produce, vegetables, fruits, meats ...
