Chief Joseph Scenic Byway, Wyoming 296, climbs from the Cody area over majestic Chief Joseph Pass and then wanders through gorgeous Sunlight Basin before arriving at Cooke City. The Beartooth Highway, which twists and winds its way from Red Lodge, is open only through summer months, and is considered one of the most scenic drives in America.
Construction of the Fox Den ran two weeks late, and we had to cancel a couple reservations (see initial reviews), but we began serving guests in June. Guests at the Fox Den have access to the other vacation rentals on the 1-acre property... Soda Butte Creek Refuge (1146609) and The Eagle's Nest (1146668), that are also listed on VRBO. Larger groups may rent multiple units. These will be among the very finest vacation rental properties near Yellowstone National Park.
