Superb 1 bedroom holiday self-catering apartment with sea views

Seascape Apartment is the perfect accommodation for couples and it has a lovely spacious bedroom with a Super King-Size bed and sea and coastal views. Next to the bedroom is a well fitted shower room. It has an attractive open plan fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting/dining room which also has great view towards the coast. There is a flat screen digital TV and DVD player.

Seascape Apartment at Lyn Holiday Apartments is very conveniently situated in the centre of Lynton and has its own private parking space within the grounds. It is only a short walk to the famous Cliff Railway leading to the beautiful harbour at Lynmouth and close to shops, restaurants, pubs, tea rooms, and many fantastic walks including the Valley of Rocks, Watersmeet, Exmoor National Park and the South West Coast Path. All are easily reached without the need for your car.

The apartment was compact, lovely and well equipped . There was a steep drive to walk up from the car park which would be difficult for some guests

Lovely Easter break

We absolutely loved the Seascape Apartment. It was impeccably clean and comfortably furnished. Fabulous outlook across Lynton and beyond. The garden was well kept and maintained and great to not have to worry about parking either.

Really nice touch by the Owners Michael and Debbie to come and say Hello ...and thank you for the shortbread too! Delicious😋.

One other plus point, if needed, was the Crown Hotel at the bottom of the garden! Excellent tradionsl home cooked fare...served with a friendly smile and a roaring log fire....the perfect Easter retreat...Thank you

Excellent and very good value for money.

The property was everything we had hoped it would be - cosy, well equipped and being so close to the centre of Lynton, enabled us to leave the car at the property to go on walks of which there are numerous. We particularly enjoyed taking the cliff railway downhill to Lynmouth, walking inland to Watersmeet, climbing (not literally) to Countisbury and then coming back along the South West coastal path. Walking in the opposite direction towards Lee Abbey along a ridge overlooking the town and then back along the coastal path through Valley of Rocks was also time very well spent. The cinema, run by volunteers, is well worth a visit. Be sure to book. If you're driving to Ilfracombe suggest you go via Simonsbath and across Exmoor rather than along the coast road to Porlock unless you're a fan of hair pin bends!

The famous Cliff Railway is just a short stroll away and connects Lynton to the pretty harbour of Lynmouth. There are stunning walks from the property including the South West Coast path and Exmoor National Park, the Valley of Rocks and Watersmeet.

Superb walks are right on the doorstep with the famous Lynton & Lynmouth Cliffe Railway only a few minutes away linking this lovely village with the picturesque harbour of Lynmouth. A stunning area for walking, riding, fishing or simply sightseeing.
