Within a private 19 acre gated farm & lakes, these properties are in the ideal setting for a wonderful break away from the hustle & bustle of busy life.
My stay was great we only stayed for 2 nights but managed to pack so much in.The facilities were nice and my bed was so comfortable. Peaceful and a great place to unwind Thank you so much for making our stay perfect.
Beautiful surroundings. Spacious cottage with all the home comforts. A definite repeat visit in the future.
An incredible place to stay for a weekend with friends. Beautiful grounds-perfectly located and accommodation had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property!
Kerrie and Keith were very welcoming; the cottage was clean and warm when we arrived and we had a very happy stay over Christmas - it was ideal and must be lovely in the summer too. The setting, with the lake and ducks in front and views over the fields from the back windows, was tranquil - just what we needed. It was an easy and very quick drive into Chichester city centre and the surrounding area, but lovely to return to after the hustle and bustle of the city. Although not new, the decoration had a lived-in homey feeling and Kerrie has obviously put a lot of thought and care into the fitting out of the cottage - it lacked nothing and was very comfortable - we thoroughly recommend and hope to return one day.
The 'cottage' was a converted barn, modern - very nice. Décor was mismatched but that did not matter in the slightest. It was great. Had everything we wanted. Within a private gated farm, with geese and Sheltand ponies. Close to attractions and driving distance to beach. Thank you
We really enjoyed our stay at Northlands Cottage it was lovely and peaceful and we had a great time looking around the
area. Chichester, Portsmouth and Arundel are all well worth visiting.
What a brilliant find. Wonderful house and grounds for my two little boys (4 yrs and 15 mths). We loved the horses and walking around the grounds looking at the geese and ducks on the lake. Such a beautiful place and will DEFO be staying again. Thank you Kerrie and Louise xxx
The property is located on the private estate of Northlands Farm. A beautiful private setting overlooking lakes and woodland within the security of gates and 18 acres of fencing. The Roman city of Chichester with its imposing 1000 year old cathedral is one of the finest settings on the South Coast.
Chichester is located next to Goodwood with facilities such as the motor circuit, Glorious Goodwood (horse racing) and Aerodrome. World famous events such as 'The Revival' and 'The Festival of speed' are some of the most visited festivals in the world.
Chichester is set back from the Solent, the UK's most popular sailing area, shielded from the channel by the Isle of Wight. Ferries to the Isle of Wight run from nearby Portsmouth and can take you & your car for a delightful day trip.
Portsmouth is the historic home of the Royal Navy. Visit the 'Historic Dockyard' to view the famous 'Mary Rose', King Henry VIII's 500 year old flagship or 'The victory', Lord Nelsons historic flagship which is the only survivor of the Battle of Trafalgar.
Brighton is only a short drive down the coast and is one of Britains most beautiful seaside towns with the famous 'Lanes'. Pubs, Clubs & Shops are plentiful and you can visit the famous 'Brighton Pier'.
