Luxury apartment with 7 balconies over the emblematic Plaza de la Constitucion where all events in the city take place. The building was old townhall in XIX century. Totally restored with 120m2, two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and whirpool tub, jacuzzi, living room of 50m2 with dining table for 8 people, bedfsofa, bar, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, Nesspreso, osmotic filtered water, etc.. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The house has all the amenities, appliances and equipment needed for a comfortable stay like in your own home. The floors and bathrooms are made of marble, wood floor in rooms.

We are a couple of 61 and 62 who have worked abroad many years, and now we're back to Malaga our hometown, but living in a rural area where we have a garden and pets. We have 3 grown daughters to help us have the apartment perfectly prepared and comfortable for our guests, and we will all be at your disposal for anything you need. This flat is our treasure that we share with you so you feel the heartbeat of Malaga from the best possible location, the house of the Governor. We will be very pleased to attend you

Look no further - this stunning apartment is nothing short of wonderful! Everything was within walking distance: the art galleries, the fortresses, the beach, and the restaurants. The location could not have been more perfect and the beautiful apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, luminous, and equipped with every need possible. Clara and her mother were so delightful and communication was excellent at all times. Clara arranged for my airport transfer when I arrived and it made my weary travel day less stressful. I toasted my arrival with a glass of wine from the bottle left by the host and could not believe that I would get to call this amazing place home for the following month. My time here was memorable and I will forever hold Malaga and all its delights close to my heart!

Most memorable experience in Malaga

We loved every minute of our stay in Clara's apartment which is exceptionally well located in the heart of Malaga. The apartment itself was spacious, immaculate, well furnished and elegantly decorated. It's seven balconies offered a complete view of the Plaza de la Constitucion. Clara, the owner, was attentive to our needs and very hospitable.

We highly recommend Clara's apartment. We have spread the words to our friends in Canada. We would not hesitate to return to this beautiful apartment.

This is one of the best apartments you will ever find. The location is perfect and the furnishings and finish of the place are exceptional. Every detail is elegant and the owner is knowledgable, helpful and honest. You will love the city and adore the apartment. We highly recommend.

Best place we have stayed in 5 years of VRBO all over the world!

Hard to describe how great this place was, and how hospitable our host Clara was. The place itself is top quality in every way.... furnishings, appliances, dishes, kitchen tools, silver, etc., etc. Even original paintings on the walls, and wonderful decor. There were large closets, two large bathrooms, with both tub, shower, jacuzzi, etc. and a giant dining room and dining room table, with many chairs, couches, and a large screen TV. Also very fast and excellent internet connection. On top of all this there were balconies overlooking the main marble tiled square with views of the city and all the life happening below. It's up high, with a good elevator, so there is not too much noise from all the activity below... restaurants, music, etc. in the square. WOW... were we surprised. We plan on going back, something we have not done before in years of travel. Even in winter it was very warm for us. The train and bus station were walking distance so we traveled all over the Cost del Sol this way. No need for a car. Great markets of all kinds nearby. Such fresh food. We cooked many meals and ate out a bit as well. Look at the pictures. It is exactly as it looked inside. Outside was a wonderful surprise. Walking distance to everything, including the sea.

Muy buena ubicación

El apartamento está muy lindo, es muy cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía, wifi funciona rápido y está muy bien ubicado. Lo único negativo que le encontré fueron las camas pequeñas, no eran cómodas y las toallas necesitaban un cambio, por lo demás todo muy bien.

Perfect place to stay in Malaga

Two couples stayed for 10 days the beginning of September. The location was perfect to walk safely anywhere in Malaga ... For tapas, the beach, shopping, market and strolling the many pedestrian only streets. The pictures are exactly what you get and it was great. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen have everything we needed to cook meals. When you get lazy there is coffee downstairs and an excellent pastry and croissant shop around the corner. The owners were very helpful about things to do in the area and special features of the apartment.

We rented a car and the parking garage was very clean, reasonably priced and convenient.

It was also close to the market which had seafood, produce, meats and several nice tapas bars. You must try the Muscatel or better yet the Pajaret.

We have booked many trips through VRBO and the place was the best stay as well as value.

Luxury 120 sq m apartment located in the old city, right in the most emblematic square, where all celebrations and city events in the city take place. The building was the old city townhall. The 7 balconies of the apartment, overlooking Plaza de la Constitución, will make you feel the Governor of the city.

This place is the most visited, emblematic and sought after location in the city. It is 50m walk to Thyssen Museum and 200m to Picasso Museum, the Arab castle of La Alcazaba and Gibralfaro. You will also find the Central market filled with fresh local products, just a step away.

Malaga is the second largest city of Andalusia, with an excellent tourist offer: the best beaches of the Costa del Sol, the most emblematic rural tourism and a wide cultural offer, all enlivened by the most varied gastronomic festivals and Andalusian folklore that will follow you through the city and province.

The apartment is located in the most centric point of Malaga´s old town, therefore the cultural and commercial offer of the area is excellent. Just a few steps from home you can find Malaga Cathedral, both Picasso and Carmen Thyssen museums, Alcazaba fortress, iconic Larios street, Cervantes Theatre, Malagueta beach, the Alameda Mall and a lot of corners and small alleys that will make you enjoy the authentic Andalusian flavor.

Optional parking is available 3 minutes from the house, but if your idea is to travel by public transportation, the apartment is located near the train station and many bus stops that will take you to most towns in Costa del Sol and to many other tourist attractions in the city and province.

If there is anything Malaga is known for, is its unique weather and its magical light that inspired Picasso. In this city you will enjoy mild temperatures and sunny days almost 365 days a year, the house has seven balconies so you can enjoy that magical light too.

The beach is only at a 12 minutes walk by the Muelle Uno marina or through Malaga Park botanical garden.

Malaga city has a unique andalusian folklore which can be enjoyed throughout the year. And there are certain particular dates when interesting events take place and all of them can be enjoyed either from the balconies or stepping right out of the house: Malaga´s Semana Santa (holy week) in Easter, la Feria de Malaga, on the third week of August, with all the flamenco dresses, music and the Andalusian Equestrian Show. Christmas season in downtown Malaga is also a magical time: illumination of the streets, New Year chimes from the Square Clock which you can witness from the balcony, and of course, the traditional Cabalgata de Reyes Magos, for children and adults.

In Malaga you can taste the best Mediterranean and international cuisine, enjoy the high quality of our coast´s seafood, as well as cheese and meat from the nearby hills and mountains, all combined with the finest wines and of course with typical tasty tapas.

The location of the apartment allows you to make all the excursions you want around the province, either by car or public transport, in an easy, comfortable and economical way.

Nightlife in malaga is continuous and fun for all ages, and you can enjoy it conveniently downtown or in seaside areas near the center.
