NEW TV LED 107 cm, DVD player, radio, phone, Freebox (internet, HIGH SPEED WIFI), many cupboards and tidying up, ironing board and iron etc... The dining area : a table with 6 chairs. The kitchen: adjoining the living room, equipped with a microwave, a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, 2 coffee machines (European and Italian one), a kettle, a toaster, a Dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, and everything needed for cooking.

Great location in Paris

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a clean, well maintained apartment in a great location. Easy walk to many great restaurants and shops. Metro is right outside the apartment. Katy was there to meet us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. It was also well stocked with everything you could need. Washer was nice to have. There is a drying rack and the washer also has a drying option, which we did not use. From start to finish it was an excellent VRBO experience.

Great communication with host, great location!

The location is central for Paris sightseeing in the Center.

Apt was modern and had everything we needed.

Host contacted us before and after the trip to make sure everything would go smooth. Host answered all questions during the trip.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

Laurent and his staff were awesome. They met us at check- in time to give us a very thorough overview on the accomadations and area. Supermarket was right across the street. Restaraunts, wine shop, metro etc. within walking distance. Apartment was very clean, free WiFi, very comfortable! Will definitely stay here again I’m the future! Highly recommend these accomadations!

Quiet gem in beautiful neighborhood

The apartment was clean, very bright, well designed & quiet. It had everything we needed for our stay in Paris. There are great restaurants, patisseries & fruit stalls within a few minutes walk. The metro is right across the street which is extremely convenient. The are a lot of stairs to the apartment which can be challenging with luggage but once inside, it was worth the climb. Laurent was extremely helpful with any inquires we had. I definitely recommend this beautiful Parisian apartment.

Enjoyable Stay!

The apartment was slightly smaller than I had expected, but it is very modern and clean. The location was perfect! There are plenty of restaurants at your doorstep, along with a small grocery store and Starbucks. Close to many popular attractions as well. It is up three flights up stairs, but aside from having to carry our luggage up and down, it was not a problem for us. There is no oven, laundry dryer, or iron - just an FYI. We would absolutely stay here again.

Close to all amenities spacious clean apartment. No written instructions on the use of phone or television. No trash bags, paper towels and very little toilet paper supplied. Both bedroom and kitchen sinks blocked causing a flooded kitchen floor twice. Which we proceeded to clean up as phone did not work to call owner.
