In total, there are 3 separate private locking units (7 Bedrooms 4 Full Baths in total). The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom main house has a 55 inch TV per bedroom, full surround sound entertainment unit in the living room with 75 inch TV, and 43 inch tv in the oversized modernized kitchen. The kitchen offers a 36 inch 6 burner Natural Gas stove and over, 32 inch 4 door refrigerator (ice and water dispenser in door), Dishwasher, Microwave, Deep Freezer, Wine Cooler, Coffee and Espresso maker, Blender, Juicer, food processor, and Electric Kettle. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled and modernized as well. The Main house has its own Front Load washer and dryer (steam capable).

Free parking for 5 vehicles. As well as free unlimited street parking.

Both 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Bungalow has been remodeled as well. Both offering its own full sized kitchens, with 30 inch stoves, 30 inch refrigerators with Ice Makers, sink disposals, Microwaves, blenders, espresso and coffee makers as well.

The outdoor has not only 1 outdoor kitchen, but and additional 2 grilling areas with seating for either meeting areas, or separate lounge areas. One is located at/in the pool swim-up bar, now thats just awesome!

The pool, is a 27ft x 15ft heated tropical lagoon. From depths of 3ft to 6ft. The entire property is engulfed with lush tropical foliage, flowers, and vines. Giving the best South Florida ambience possible!

Reading all prior reviews helps greatly on filling in whats to be expected during your stay! I encourage potential guest to get an insight of what past guest have experienced to couple with the descriptions provided here from the host. In doing so, you get highlights from both point of views, leaving no unexpected surprises upon your arrival.

This is a quiet zoned property. No Parties. Outdoor activities must end at 10pm. Pool is closed from 10pm to 7am.

Outdoor noise activity must end prior to 10:00pm everyday.

Portable speakers at the pool area must be kept at listening levels only. (Strictly enforced, City Ordinance enforces outdoor music at 10pm sharp)

Friends trip

I went with a group of 12 of my friends. There was plenty of room, a great location and plenty of space for everyone. Would highly suggest this spot for large groups who want to be close to downtown

Disappointing

Overall very disappointing. Everything was very outdated. There was mold in so many places in the property. One room was so bad nobody could sleep there because there was so much mold and it smelled so bad. The wine fridge smelled so bad we could not open it. We had guests who had asthma and were pregnant and they did not feel comfortable in the house. The pool was advertised that there was sun, there was no sun. There was a giant cockroach in the kitchen one day. We had planned to grill one day and neither of the grills worked. It was a great location and if it was cleaner and did not smell of mold it would have been great. Very disappointing.

Perfect West Palm Beach Stay!

We had an awesome stay at this location. We had a group of 16 in town for a wedding and it worked perfectly. The setup allows for a lot of private space within the group so we didn’t feel piled on top of eachother. It was enough bathroom/bedroom/kitchen for what we needed. Loved the outdoor space, amazing pool area. Host was responsive to our questions and very helpful. East access to town area and the beach. Would recommend!

Great property with tons of space, and perfectly shaded pool!

Loved the property! It is split up into 3 main living spaces so you can have privacy even when you are with a large group. The pool was perfect due to the amazing landscaping and tree coverage. Great host, they provided us with everything we needed! Will definitely stay there again!

DO NOT STAY HERE. ROACHES, STAINS, AND ANTS.

Do not stay here. This property does not deserve the word "luxury" in it's title. I stayed here with much regret with friends while we were visiting for a wedding. Could not be more disappointed with our stay and customer service from the owner and VRBO. Upon check-in we found one of the bungalows to be unlivable with a strange smell, stains on the ceiling, and unclean beds. The pool area was not well maintained and the furniture was also dirty and stained. One of the bathrooms also had ants crawling all over the doorframe. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the property became apparent on our last night when one of our friends found an ENORMOUS cockroach in her bedroom. A utteraly terrible way to spend our time while we were trying to enjoy our friend's wedding weekend. What made this all worse was that VRBO and the owner have given us ZERO compensation or any type of refund for this awful property. For something that is nearly $900/night and labeled as "luxury" this is completely absurd. Hoping this helps fellow renters looking for a nice, enjoyable, and clean stay–this is not the one.
