Quiet holiday, relaxing and sports: this is what we offer to our guests, who will enjoy a home with spacious (200m²), a large fully enclosed garden of 1048m² with open views over the Belledonne and Chartreuse. The private pool reaches 30 ° in summer and is equipped with a solar shower, extèrieure kitchen is equipped with a plancha and barbecue; chairs, garden furniture and a large table will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.

On the ground floor, a large 50m² living room welcomes you, as well as: a fully equipped open kitchen with fridge US (ice and fresh water at will!)A veranda with table and chairs, a dining room, a living room with flat screen TV and DVD, a double room with flat screen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs a large games room with internet connection (Extra bed on request), two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

Contemporary decor.

All this in a quiet environment (neighbors but absent in summer), close to bike, walks without taking the car (guides available).

All shops are also nearby (bakery, butchers, tobacco, supermarkets).
