Why Owner chose Cincinnati
Pleasant Ridge is a mostly gaslight residential neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio with a small business district occupied largely by long-standing, independent businesses. It is one of the most diverse, dispersed and durable communities in the entire region according to a 2008 study of 122 communities conducted by the Cincinnatus Association. "The Ridge" has been a part of the city of Cincinnati since the early 1900s. Most of the homes here were built in the 30s so they're smaller and closer together than the suburbs of today. Our home was built in 1936, in the days before 3-car garages, walk-in closets and and insulation in walls. You might hear neighbors coming and going and the floors will squeak but we've lived here for 23 years and love the house and all of its quirks.

Extremely comfortable place to stay
We came to town for an event and were fortunate enough to find this listing which was close to where needed to be. We were very happy with everything about our stay. Clean, comfortable and very simple from start to finish. 5 stars from our entire group, and should we need to come back to Cincinnati, we will count ourselves lucky if we are able to reserve this property again. I definitely recommend it.
Cinci Adventure Trip
We booked cheap flights to Cinci with 2 toddlers and no plan! We found Tracy’s house and it was perfect!! It was clean, neat, in a wonderfully location and neighborhood and suited 2 adults and 2 kids perfectly! She was gracious and kind to my 2 kiddos when we saw her. We can’t wait to go back and will definitely be staying here again!
We had a very nice stay and were pleased with the amenities, beds, etc. Theresa is a very conscientious host and was most helpful when we had an issue due to our own mistake. Thank you for your hospitality.
Nice home in a quiet neighborhood
This is a nice, small home, that’s very conveniently located on a quiet street. Tracy, the owner, lives on the property. She has everything in the kitchen nicely organized and labeled. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next visit to Cincinnati!
Lovely home in a nice neighborhood
Our family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend and just loved the home and location. Everything was nice and clean with all kinds of amenities for your home away from home. The owner of the property was friendly and had everything ready when we arrived. Highly recommended - 5 stars
Great Night Stay!
A friend and I stayed at this property the night before the Flying Pig Marathon - we had an excellent stay. Close to downtown, cute neighborhood vibe, plus she had a lot of amenities inside her rental flat. I forgot shampoo and conditioner and I was covered! The owner was friendly and we didn't hear her dog make a peep. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a nice place to stay while you explore Cincy!
If you don't have a car Lyft and Uber drivers are always nearby.
There are several Metro bus stops a short walk away.
