perfect, well equipped, convenient

perfect house in a perfect location.10 minutes walk to beach shops and train station.The property had absolutely everything you would need.Wiifi was an extra bonus- much needed in these times.We took our dog and had no problems.These was a bit of maintenance going on but we were aware of this before we booked,the upstairs wc was out of action but that was ok.The outside area is very nice and the new patio is lovely.I will try to book again for September.The owner was extremely helpfull and the concerge pleasant.

I would recomend this house which will be extremely large when the annexe is complete.

We came from Jersey and it was a 10 minutes drive from St Malo port,so even foot passengers couls rent this holiday home.M

Nous avons passé un bon séjours dans votre maison, juste un petit bémol à notre arrivé une légère odeur de renfermé malgré l aération effectué avant notre arrivée par marie , de plus marie nous a reçu agréablement , je recommande donc cette location

charming clean convenient

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and it is perfect.The new extention is such a benefit.Only thing I would say is that there is an extraction fan in the new bathroom which is on constantly throughout the night and goes off afternoon.

The house is very well equiped and has the addes benefit of wiifi.

The property is convenient for the beacg,shoppping ,port and train station.

the proprietor has no objection to dogs.

Overall I am already thinking of my next visit.

Une maison de vacances très agréable

C'est la deuxième année que je loue cette maison avec la même satisfaction. Je la conseille car c'est un bon rapport qualité/prix. L’accueil pour la remise des clés est cordial. Le ménage est impeccable. La plage à portée de pieds. La gare n'est pas loin. Le marché est tout près. Et le top, une petite boulangerie pour la baguette fraîche et croustillante du matin. N'hésitez pas, vous profiterez pleinement de Saint Malo.
