The property consists of separate private home settings. Sitting on the single most exclusive location on the famous west end of Molokai, Manahale enjoys seven beautiful beachfront acres facing west towards Oahu. Starting down the private drive at the top of the property and winds down to the estate under a canopy of coral trees you end up at paradise.
Front Yard: There is a greenhouse nursery and a tropical orchard to stroll thru. Be prepared for the early morning songs of the tropical birds in the old banyan tree to awaken you with their music. Enjoy lunch or a roasted pig in the thatched covered picnic area.
Back Yard: It might be a night or two to get used to the sound of the waves being so close. The pool and spa overlook the ocean with Diamond Head in the distance (keep an eye out for whales breaching during the winter months). From the back steps of the lanai, take the grass pathway down past the children’s playground and thru the coconut trees, to the beach. To enjoy the sunset and a glass of wine, there is a bench where the backyard meets the sand. This property does not sit behind the natural sand berm that blocks so many ocean views alng this beach front from the backyard level.
Lanai: The lanai features a covered spa and outdoor seating for a large group. There are several lounge chairs and patio tables located around the lanai. For your enjoyment, the pool is heated to 80 degrees and is the gathering place for family, friends, and your guests.
