Overall this was a great property. The only negative thing I can say is that the battery in the lock died so we weren’t able to get in until almost an hour after our check in. The staff was easy to access to help us out. We were supposed to get 8 beach passes and there was only one.

I had a little trouble locating the key pad for entrance. More reading was necessary. I had a very easy time making reservation. Everyone who i talked to seemed to go out of their way to make sure things went smooth. I am very pleased with your service.

This my family's 5th year staying in Cascade and the house was exactly as we expected: clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. Loved the addition of the hospitality app this year. It was especially helpful for our first-time guests that were unfamiliar with the house and the area.
