Feel right in the heart of London at this spacious penthouse flat in a private portered block set back from the Victoria Street overlooking a quiet private courtyard and the city of London! There is a 24 hour concierge for maximum security and comfort.

This flat is ideally located for both business travellers as well as tourists visiting the city. It is a stone’s throw from St James tube station and just a 7-10min walk to Victoria station and Westminster station for the District, Circle, Victoria, Jubilee and main railway lines including the Gatwick Express. You are also just a 5min walk from the Buckingham Palace, St. James Park, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and many other tourist attractions.

The flat has 2 full bedrooms (one King / USA queen & one which can be made into 2 single beds or a double bed) and 2 full bathrooms, one is ensuite. There is also a double pull out sofa bed for additional guests.

There is a separate large kitchen with utensils and all cooking essentials and an open plan living and dining room with seating comfortably for 6 people.

Lots of natural light through 5 balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows, and great views all around.

Best pick for family trip

The place was clean and huge. So many windows that it even feels bigger. Kitchen was great to cook breakfast everyday. Very secure and super quiet building. Very friendly, non-touristy neighborhood within walking distance to of all the attractions. Location is just perfect. We walked every day to historical sites and different neighborhoods. Management was very thorough and helpful making sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this flat to our friends.

Spacious and centrally located

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed here for 5 days during the Christmas season and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The unit provided a great respite after busy days sightseeing and a good launching point for our activities. It was a quick walk to Victoria Station for our arrival and departures, St. James Park Station was just 2 blocks away and the bus stop was right in front. We were able to easily get ourselves to all the various places. It was super fun to be able to walk to Buckingham Palace.

We were met upon arrival and given a good instruction on how to use all the amenities and also how to access the WiFi. Communications in booking, check in and check out were excellent. Security was very good, with gates, locking entrances and a concierge. We had pre-ordered groceries from Tesco Express and the concierge sent them directly to the unit (I had let them know they were coming). It was great to have all the groceries delivered within 3 hours of arriving, allowing us to relax after such a long trip. There was plenty of room for all of us, and we didn't feel cramped in the least. It was very quiet for such a central location as well!

I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future. It was top notch.

Great location!

This flat was beautiful and in a great location for walking to most sites! The flat was clean and beautiful. Our only disappointment was that the washer/dryer was broken, but Hannah helped us out with that. Her communication was superb and the place was great! Would highly recommend!!

Please note that check in is around 3pm but before 6:30pm. If you check in later than this there is a £10 per hour waiting charge to be paid in cash on arrival. If you wish to check in early, we are happy to book you the night before for £75 which will guarantee the flat to be ready for your arrival anytime! If you are more than 4 people, there will be an additional charge of £100 for the extra bed to be made which covers the additional cleaning for this too.
