It has at the ground floor level a kitchen,a laundry corner, a toilet/bathroom and a dining/living room which leads on the terrace, with a garden and the swimming pool. The kitchen opens on a private space which can be used for outdoor barbecue. The first floor has 1 en suite master bedroom and 2 standard bedrooms.
