House with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large covered deck.

Old farm in the valley of Upper Breda renovation with quality materials. The finished part is rented; the rest of the house is still being renovated, the approaches are not yet treated on the northern part, where parked cars. The rest of the frame is admirable. In summer, the large covered terrace can eat, relax and enjoy the scenery, lake, river, mountain, sunset and reflection of the sun on the lake ...

Large living room with wood stove, dining area and kitchen open to living.

Spacious rooms with a capacity of 8 beds (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 2 bunk beds); possibility to increase the coating capacity by adding beds. Maximum 12 people.

Start time: 11 hours before departure.

The house is adjacent to Lake Fond de France where he can fish beautiful trout (50 cm), 6 km from the resort of 7 Laux, The Pleynet side.

Chalet avec jolie vue

Chistophe est un propriétaire tout particulièrement sympathique et il vous donne toutes les informations nécessaires.

Le chalet bénéficie d'un très bel emplacement avec une vue splendide sur le lac et les montagnes. Il est situé au pied de la route qui mène à la station (en 10 mn) et est extrèmement calme.

Les photos sont bien représentatives de l'endroit et nous avons passé un excellent we entre amis.Le chalet est plein de charme pour ceux qui recherchent le côté rustique et boisé des chalets de montagnes. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème de fuite ni d'eau chaude, ni d'électricité.

je recommande donc cet endroit pour un sejour sans chichi.:)

aspettative disattese

Leggendo la descrizione e guardando le fotografie l'aspettativa è alta, come mediamente lo è il prezzo richiesto se paragonato al servizio offerto: nella realtà lo chalet, dall'altissimo potenziale, è il risultato della sistemazione "raffazzonata" di un antico fabbricato. Poco curati i dettagli, MOLTO poco curata la pulizia, e direi poco adatto a chi ha bambini piccoli. L'arredamento sembra il frutto del recupero di vecchi mobili di rifiuto adattati sul posto. L'alloggio proposto non è fronte lago come si è indotti a immaginare guardando le foto, ma esattamente sulla parte retrostante. L'esterno del fabbricato è imbarazzante, sembra un enorme baracca pronta a cadere da un momento all'altro, ma questo è probabilmente dovuto al fatto che, come specificato sul sito, vi sono opere di ristrutturazione in corso che non riguardano però la parte proposta in affitto. A livello di equipaggiamento l'alloggio è completo, come da descrizione. La località è molto vicina alla stazione sciistica e paesaggisticamente molto bella. Abbiamo fatto un'escursione con le slitte trainate dai cani, esperienza molto divertente ma da non fare con bimbi piccoli poichè la guida ci ha condotti in pieno bosco tra alberi e pendenze forti, abbastanza pericoloso per loro. Il proprietario è una persona abbastanza disponibile, vi è poca chiarezza sugli orari di arrivo e partenza, nel caso chiedete prima di versare la quota. Tutto sommato consiglierei la località ma non questa struttura. Il prezzo non è congruo a quanto offerto.

Décevant

Ce chalet est grand, bien placé et pourrait être un bijou ! La vallée est belle et préservée et la station des 7 Laux offre des possibilités de ski et de randonnées intéressantes.

Mais en l’état, quelques aménagements semblent indispensables pour en faire une location totalement agréable. Le propriétaire est fort accueillant mais cela ne suffit pas à compenser certains manquements, notamment s’agissant des finitions et de la propreté.

En effet, la description de l'annonce n'est pas totalement conforme à la réalité. Aux alentours du chalet, c'est un véritable chantier que nous apercevons avec une grue rouillée, du gravas etc.

L’entrée dans le chalet est difficile d’accès car il faut franchir 3 rideaux/couvertures qui empêchent d’ouvrir aisément la porte d’entrée. En parlant de portes, il n’y en a peu dans le chalet et ne se ferment pas.

Il faut savoir que la pièce principale se chauffe au bois et elle manque considérablement de finitions : portes d’armoires non alignées ou mal vissées, un cordon électrique d’une lampe passe devant la table de cuisson, la porte du four doit être relevée pour la fermer, des lattes de bois au sol se soulèvent, etc. Il n’y a pas de machine à laver le linge comme il est mentionné et pour le prix, (2'100 euros la semaine), il manque considérablement de confort.

Le gros souci, c’est l’électricité. Le fait de mettre en marche une bouilloire, le four ou n’importe quel appareil électrique, le système disjoncte. Il faut donc monter à l’étage et débrancher les radiateurs dans les chambres pour faire cuire par exemple de l’eau…

Nous avons eu également une fuite d’eau venant apparemment de la baignoire de l’étage du dessus. Un lit a été inondé.

Il n’y a plus qu’à espérer que les travaux se terminent afin que les locataires puissent profiter agréablement de ce chalet.
