552m2 apartment, in front of the sea, classy residence, large terrace and 60m2 garden overlooking the sea, 2 tennis courts, heated pool. The air-conditioned and furnished apartment is comprised of 2 bedrooms (1 140cm double bed and two 90cm single beds), large living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. Appliances and all comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, filter, toaster, flat screen HD TV, barbecue in the garden. The living room has a sofa bed for two persons. Cot and baby chair provided upon request.

Exceptional location in a quiet and private setting with the sea, the marina and the sandy beach in front of the apartment. Heated swimming pool and tennis reserved for the residence. Shops, hairdresser, laundry, bike rental, restaurants and spa in the residential. Possibility for making long biking rides throughout the resort and the seaside as well as a variety of tours and activities. Wide variety of tours and activities nearby like the Seaquarium an visits to the Camargue on horseback, boat rental, surfing, scuba diving, sailing schools, boat schools, visits to the city of Aigues Mortes and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Nimes and the Roman Ruins, Pont du Gard, Montpellier, Sète, the caves of Demoiselles, Bambouserai d’Anduze and the many vineyards and cellars.

Vacances de Paques fantastiques

Une semaine estivale au mois d'avril ça Daniel n'y était pour rien, en revanche l'appartement à 50 mètres de la plage, la qualité du logement et de l'accueil, ça c'était grace à lui!!

Un accueil chaleureux et sympathique par les propriétaires eux-mêmes (Merci !) a ouvert une très agréable semaine dans cet appartement idéal pour notre famille, (3 enfants de 21, 20 et 12 ans). Nous avons trouvé un lieu très bien équipé, propre, agréable pour chacun et idéalement situé dans la Marina : calme, proximité de la mer et de la plage, mais aussi du Grau du Roi et ses ruelles plus animées ! Chaque membre de notre famille s'est adonné à des activités qui lui convenaient, une belle semaine de vacances !
