Beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 1500 square foot, fully furnished, single family home in the Lake Catherine community of Palm Beach Gardens. Relaxed setting. The home has a high speed internet cable connection with WiFi (use your portable computer anywhere on the property), 2 cable TVs, DVD player, and a great stereo system. Front porch has swing for two. Rear yard has 75 foot frontage on large lake, complete with pool, and private fenced yard. Faces park across water. Remodeled, large kitchen with island oven and flat surface stove cook top will aptly serve anyone who loves to cook. The kitchen is fully outfitted. Halogen lighting, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washroom with washer and dryer, rear den with lake views, screened porch to view pool area, lake, and resident duck community. Master bedroom faces lake and pool, has a private direct entrance to the pool area, and has a private master bath (with bathtub). Enjoy our breakfast nook booth with lake views.

You'll never forget the magic of watching from your breakfast table - as the Saturday morning miniature sailing regattas ply the lake. It's sheer poetry in motion for visual impact! HOW WE FIGURE YOUR QUOTE - RATE POLICY GUIDELINES

To determine a quote on your own, you can apply the following guidelines.

1) To take advantage of the low MONTHLY RATE, you must pay at a minimum - the first 30 days.

To take advantage of the lower BI-WEEKLY RATE, you must pay at a minimum - the first 14 days.

To take advantage of the WEEKLY RATE, you must pay at a minimum - the first 7 days. But you can stay less days.

2) Determine your length of stay and match to the corresponding least cost rental rate above. We will always apply the formula that gives you the lowest rate. Add a prorated daily rate for any additional nights. For example: Monthly rates are divided by a standard 30 days to arrive at the daily rate; The monthly "IN-SEASON" daily rate is $95.83 per night, and the monthly "OFF-SEASON" daily rate is $76.50 per night.

3) Add the 13 percent Lodging Tax (as required by the State of Florida and Palm Beach County).

4) Add the non-taxable $95 Departure Cleaning Fee. This gives you your rental total.

5) A refundable $1000 damage security deposit is normally returned within 48 hours of departure. This is the bond that protects the house.

Great property for a long get-a-away

The location is perfect for our longterm stay, and the house makes it feel like we're at home. You can't beat access to city amenities, close proximity to the intercostal beaches and your own pool. And, our host is very responsive and attentive.

A Terrific Spot to Escape the Cold Canadian Winter

How do I begin to describe such a wonderful experience? From the very beginning of our search for a property for March, Carl impressed us. He made the reservation process very smooth and easy. Second, the price and rental agreement were more than fair to the renter. Third, we knew we were dealing with a proud owner when he allowed us to preview the property a year ahead as we were passing through the area! Fourth, what a treat it was to arrive to find an immaculate house in such an ideal location. Not only was the house clean, there were lots of supplies provided for the bathrooms and kitchen such as paper towels, several rolls of toilet paper, dry goods, liquid hand soaps, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc which was such a generous extra. Not having to go pick up those staples right away was a real bonus! Speaking of the kitchen, there were LOTS of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and utensils, and pots and pans. The layout of the house and the backyard with the pool and large screened dining area was ideal. We spent hours enjoying the view of the lake from the pool, the deck, and the screened porch. It was so relaxing and private! We dipped into the pool every day, especially after our walks through the neighborhood and around the trail at the park nearby. What some call cold,we considered refreshing! LOL The owner, Carl, was so accommodating. Upon our arrival, we met his handyman, Ernie, who was replacing a screen in the porch ( Carl had allowed us to move in early- another kindness- so Ernie would have been done by the original arrival time) and a few minutes later Carl called to make sure we were moved in ok and APOLOGIZED for Ernie still being there! We knew that was a good sign but totally unnecessary. So many places were nearby but it was so peaceful at the house, I ALMOST resisted the pull of the outlet malls, Costco, LA Fitness, Publix, Bealls Outlet, Winn Dixie, Panera, and Outback Steakhouse but not quite. I dropped my baseball fanatic husband off at The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches ( 13 minutes away) and ran to the stores and back as quickly as I could! We hated to leave at the end of our month and hope to get back some day! We received our refund of our damage deposit in less than two weeks ( very fast considering it was international mail!) Thank you so much, Carl! Cheers!

Golf trip

Rented house for a golf trip with 2 other guys. Great location, convenient to PGA National. Most places we looked at that had 3 bedrooms the third bedroom had twin beds but this property had 3 bedrooms and all had King or queen beds. The house was clean with all the ammenities required for our stay. Would stay again.

Our staying at this house was very good. We enjoyed the excellent setting at the back of the property with Catherine Lake on the background and enjoyed in particular the sunday regattas on the lake. The house was well equipped with all the listed amenities and was adequately cleaned on our arrival. The pool was good and cleaned every week by professional Company.The owner was very helpfull a couple times that we contacted him and the response was immediate. I certainly would return to this property and would recommend it to friends as well. Its proximity to shopping, beach, fishing pier, airport makes this property attractive.Regretably the month went way too fast.

Very accommodating owners!

My family and I needed a place to rent for a month while we were in between homes. The owner of this property was very easy going and accommodating to our needs. He made a very stressful situation seem a little bit easier on my family.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
VRBO automatically posts a standard, overly-strict cancellation policy. It does not apply to our vacation rental. We have a moderate policy and here it is.

Cancellation of a reservation must be made prior to the 60 day period before the arrival date -- for a full refund of the deposit, minus a $25.00 processing fee per week canceled. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to arrival date, a refund will be given if the home is re-rented for the same period of time. During "in-season" this is likely and has occurred in three instances. Problems arise that can lead to a cancellation. We like to think that we can find a workable solution that will keep our clients happy. Although never used during our entire history, Synergistic Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel reservations and issue a refund providing at least a 60 day notice.
