Stunning setting away from city life but easy access to London

Barn cottage has recently been renovated to a very high standard. It is situated in a quiet area of Merstham with open fields and beautiful country walks. There is easy access to main line railway stations and road networks. Gatwick airport is less than 20 minutes away and Heathrow airport only 40 minutes. Perfect for families or a romantic getaway. There are an abundant number of golf courses in close proximity too.

Come and enjoy a wonderful holiday with us here at Alderstead Manor, a house of historical interest dating back to C1296.

What makes this barn unique

Part of the kitchen area in the barn does have quite low ceilings so may not be ideal for anyone over 6ft tall!

Merstham shines

Beautiful property, amazingly quiet - which was our major worry, with M23 & M25 so close, but no noise (bar the ducks on one occasion!) and such great access to both motorways and to London, whether by car or train (we did both), very well situated. Impeccably clean, well equipped, lovely holiday home, with a very pleasant owner added in! Welcome pack much appreciated. Enjoyed by all, thank you. Definitely recommend. EGJAE from France

Beautiful barn in peaceful location.

Beautifully presented barn with excellent finishes. Deborah was a pleasure to deal with and could not have been more helpful. The children delighted in the surroundings of the barn and I would love to return for another visit.

Amazing cottage. Everything you could possibly need. Well equipped and amazing decor. The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home and help in any way needed. Lovely setting with ducks on the doorstep. Didn't want to leave!

London is only 30 minutes away by train so a convenient location if you fancy an exciting night out to the theatre or just to experience the beauty of one of the most amazing cities in the world!
