Large rare holiday home in the area of 250 m2 on 800 m2 of garden with large terrace, private pool (protected by a security fence + motorized roller shutter) and petanque. The house is ideally located in a very quiet and residential area in the immediate vicinity of the center of Perols (1mn walk), the Tramway (1mn walk) and carnon-beaches (2KMS).
The house consists of 2 levels with 2 communicating apartments totaling 2 entrances, 2 separate and equipped kitchens, 2 large living room-dining room of 40 m2 each, 6 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / water, 3 wc including 2 separated. Perfect villa for a large family get away!

We had a large family holiday, 15 of us spanning 3 generations and this was a great place to stay. Location is great just a 10 min drive from the airport and from the beach, the tram stop is a 2 min walk from the Villa and gets you into Montpellier in around 20 mins. Perols is a lovely little town very quiet but we had a great time at one of the local wine tasting events that are held their regularly throughout the summer. We arived late and were met by the owner/manager, although they did not speak a word of English, we managed to get the basics from her (with some help from google translate!) and she promised to come back with her son (who spoke excellent English) to go through everything which she duely did. The Villa is large and had a big enough garden for our group to all be happy, sunbathing, swimming or lazing in the sun under the trees (some of which provide fresh figs!). The pool was perfect, enclosed by a safety fence which kept our son (who has special needs) safe. A couple of minor moans, none of the bathrooms had locks that were working, one of the oven doors doesn't open fully as it is too close to the back door and the villa was a little dirty but nothing major. There are only 12 'full size' beds (either doubles or singles) the beds that were provided for the children were little more than a cot mattress that was placed on the floor which were not ideal for our 13 and 15 year olds. The mosquitos are quite severe, repellent is a must! I would definately book again.

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé un super séjour. A proximité de tout la plage est a 10 min en voiture et tram 3 min à pied. La maison est spacieuse et toute équipée . Seul bémol l heure d arrivée prévue à 17h qui fait perdre 1 journée :( Je recommande +++

Hôtes et emplacement au top

Maison vaste et très bien placée. Pérols est une petite ville sympa avec tout ce qu il faut sur place, boulangerie, restaurant, pharmacie, … la plage est à 10 min en voiture, proche de palavas et de Montpellier avec l arrêt de tram à 3 min de la maison. Nous avons passé de super vacances à 11, chacun y a trouvé sa place ! Entre piscine, ping-pong, pétanque… le top une immense table pouvant accueillir jusqu à 14 personnes ! Les hôtes sont accessibles facilement avec de bons conseils et à l écoute ! Nous pouvons que recommander cette location. Belle découverte pour nous tous !

Groot huis met zwembad dat deels opknapbeurt kan gebruiken

Het is een groot huis, bestaande uit twee appartementen. Dat is fijn voor als je - zoals wij - met twee families verblijft. Het zwembad is een groot pluspunt. Fijn zwembad, maar ruimte er omheen (met ligbedden) is beperkt. Heerlijk grote tuin met verschillende zitjes en twee geweldige vijgenbomen met rijpe vijgen. Het huis ligt in een leuk dorpje. Met de tram kom je in 20 minuten in het centrum van Montpellier. Met de auto ben je in 15 minuten bij het het strand van de Middellandse Zee. We waren met 13 personen. Het huis heeft bedden voor 12 personen. De beheerders zijn vriendelijke mensen en reageerden snel. Het huis kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken, met name de keukens en de badkamers. Een paar minpunten: Er was een aantal dingen stuk, zoals de toegangspoort en een zonnescherm. Lattenbodems van bedden waren hier en daar gebroken. Rugleuningen van stoelen op het balkon stuk. De inhoud van de keukens was rommelig. Niet alles was even schoon, zoals in de keukenkastjes en de vloeren. Er liepen mieren in de keuken en zo kan ik nog wel wat dingen noemen. Allemaal niet heel groot, maar de verhouding prijs-kwaliteit was niet helemaal in balans. Het huis ligt in een leuk dorpje. Met de tram kom je in 20 minuten in het centrum van Montpellier. Très bon emplacement

Bonne location dans son ensemble. Tres bien placé à 5 minutes des plages , grandes surfaces , centre ville .... L hôte tres dispo . Villa très spacieuse et les extérieurs très agréables. ( ping pong et petanque) Les mauvais point:: vite ennuyés par une voisine pour le bruit ( juste le fait de parler sur la terrasse après 23h ou de profiter de la piscine après 23h ) . Le portail ne fonctionnait pas donc stationnement à l extérieur ( pas de recharge véhicule électrique possible) . Manque des verrous dans la salle de bain et les WC du bas.( un ptit verrou d appoint suffirait mais pas une priorité apparemment) . Pour resumé Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais la villa mériterait un meilleure entretien .
