Very well located in Menton, in the heart of the city, near the train station and the market. An outdoor car park will allow you to park your car. 100m to the bus will take you to the airport. and also in the hinterland which are nestled pretty typical villages. Bright, sunny and quiet, this apartment will seduce you with its location. You can dine outside in peace and enjoy the sun. Blinds protect you and double exposure ensures a good temperature in the summer. It has a beautiful living room overlooking a sun terrace with an unobstructed view. The room is very large and has a great new bed of 160 and a 90 bed. In the living room sofa bed sleeps two. Very good brand new bedding. Guests have another terrace kitchen side. This apartment will seduce you with its quiet and sunshine. It is located in the city center, close to the market, not far from the railway station and the bus station. A bus takes you from the airport to the bus station. Restaurants, tourist office, and cinema are nearby. The beach is 5mm walk through the Biovès gardens. Its convenient location will satisfy you.

Le confort parfait dans un très beau 2 pièces

Rien ne manque dans ce bel appartement rénové et très propre. Idéalement situé (proximité de la gare SNCF, de la mer, du centre-ville, des restaurants), nous avons également grandement apprécié la place de parc réservée dans une cour sécurisée. Un balcon permet agréablement de s'y tenir pour manger, tandis que l'autre représente un endroit idéal pour ranger par ex. des vélos et de suspendre de la lessive.

Grande chambre à coucher. Accès direct sur le balcon, un plus !

Seul bémol, le vacarme des mouettes à l'aube et le bruit des trains !

La propriétaire est très aimable. Un endroit à recommander ! La proximité avec Monaco, Nice et l'Italie constitue également un avantage pour de magnifiques visites. Une visite du magnifique village d'Eze s'impose aux amateurs de villages pittoresques.

Un couple de Suisses enchanté de son séjour en Côte-d'Azur.

Pour le bruit des mouettes hélas nous en avons beaucoup à MENTON, quant au train c'est très lointain mais effectivement, il traverse la ville (ce qui est bien pratique). Bien cordialement.

Très agréable appartement

Avons passé quinze jours dans cet agréable appartement, très clair et très bien exposé. L'emplacement est idéal car proches de tout, gare routière, marché quotidien, le front de mer est à moins de 500m.. Le logement possède un parking ce qui est rare à Menton.

Nous n'avons pas regretté notre choix et pensons y retourner.

Un plus non négligeable à Menton, un emplacement de parking est proposé avec cette location. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire

If you arrive by plane, airport bus will drop you 100m from the apartment. The bus station which loosens all neighboring cities is 100m. At CHIN, you can go to MONACO, NICE and VINTIMILLE quickly. A huge market takes place VINTIMILLE ITALY. Many discoveries and excursions will surprise you.
