Welcome to Beach Living! Seacrest 203 is the perfect place to be! Enjoy beautiful, relaxing Vilano Beach in luxurious comfort and explore everything that St. Augustine has to offer!

Seacrest 203 is appointed with the finest furnishings and decor. We know you will love this luxury home. We furnished it for ourselves but weren't able to enjoy it as often as we wanted, so we decided to share it with you!

Gorgeous boutique- style, newer, 7-unit building, directly on beautiful Vilano Beach. Seacrest 203 is located on the second floor to offer one of the best views around. Hang out on the covered lanai patio and watch the sunrise, and dolphins playing while enjoying your morning coffee. Want to be on the beach? Simply walk across the private dune boardwalk and you can enjoy the sand, surf, sun and shells! Vilano Beach is a wide beach with some of the best seashells in Florida. We have everything you need to enjoy the beach: beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, koozies, body/skim boards, fins, masks and snorkels, and beach towels. For your convenience, when you are done with the beach, there is an outdoor shower so you can clean off, at the end of the walkover. There is also a sitting area on the walkover to the beach that is perfect for a sunset cocktail, and to take in the beauty of the setting.

Our roomy lanai patio not only has a beautiful ocean view but also has comfortable cushioned Lloyd Flanders outdoor furniture. Great for daydreaming, afternoon naps or just chillin’ and grillin’!

Seacrest 203 has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room all open facing the beautiful ocean view through the double wide sliding glass doors to the patio. There are flat screen TV’s in all 3 bedrooms and living room. There is surround sound, DVD player and stereo in the living room also. All TVs are connected to Xfinity Comcast with over 140 digital HD channels. There is also free high speed Internet Wi-Fi throughout. In the living room, comfort is king with a sofa, a loveseat and a recliner. Enjoy the fireplace, while playing one of the many board/card games on hand or read one of the many books on the shelves. There is an extra little built-in refrigerator in the living room to hold the cold beverages of your choice. The Dining room table offers seating for 6, and the kitchen/breakfast bar offers 3 more seats. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, with filtered water and ice in the door, granite counter tops, self clean oven, cook top, microwave, dish washer, toaster oven, keurig coffee maker with starter coffee pods, a Nutribullet blender, a Panini maker, and a George Foreman Grill on a stand that can be plugged in on the patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, plates and cups, coffee cups, utensils, baking ware, mixer, pizza stone, rabbit wine corkscrew, and wine, martini and margarita glasses. Everything you could need. It’s so much more fun to be cooking/entertaining while looking out at the beach!

The Master Suite has a king size bed and a walk in closet. The roomy master bathroom has a large soaking tub and separate shower, with a double vanity area and separate water closet. The other two bedrooms each have a queen size bed and are decorated in beach colors. They share a full bathroom accessible from each room and the hallway. There is also a pack and play for those of you with a little one. One of the Queen bedrooms also has a DVD player attached to the TV. All bedrooms also are equipped with ceiling fans. They all have comfortable, colorful, beachy high quality bedding and linens.

Starter supplies including paper goods are supplied including paper towels, and starter dunkin donut k-cups for the keurig coffee maker. Bathroom starter supplies are also included: toilet paper, tissues, bath soap and hand soap. There is a full size washer and dryer conveniently located in the hall closet including washing detergent. If you need more supplies or want to stock up on your favorite foods/beverages, the Vilano Town Center is just 3 blocks away for your convenience, with a Publix grocery store, including deli and liquor store, restaurants, surf shop, and fishing pier.

St Augustine – the oldest city in the U.S., is a beautiful, charming, historical town to visit. All it’s sight seeing trains, restaurants, historical sights, ice cream parlors, ghost tours, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, water tours, walking streets, horse carriage rides, museums, winery, art galleries, and boutiques are within 2 miles, just over the intracoastal bridge.

Within driving distance there are Outlet Shopping Malls, the St Augustine Amphitheatre, the World Golf Hall of Fame Village, and the Tournament Players Club at Sawgrass (TPC at Sawgrass) in Ponte Vedra.

Easy day trips can be made to many Florida attractions: Daytona Beach and Marineland, (about 1 hour), Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions, (about 2 hours), Kennedy Space Center (about 2 ½ hours), and there are many state parks and natural springs to be explored within 1-2 hours away.

There are 2 parking spots available during your stay in the summer peak times. If more is needed it must be approved ahead of time, but there is plenty of public parking within walking distance at the town center. Other times of the year are more flexible with parking.

Seacrest 203 is kept in pristine shape and it is thoroughly cleaned and restocked after each guest. Luxurious, comfortable furniture, beautiful view, artwork, well stocked kitchen, and many added upgrades help make this home extra special. Why Ellie Cuthrell chose St Augustine

We were introduced to the Vilano Beach area when our daughter, Carly, who is deaf, begged us to allow her to go to the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind in St Augustine when she was in 7th grade. FSDB is a boarding school for anyone who qualifies from anywhere in the state, with the students going back home every weekend. Since we live in South Florida, and FSDB has such a great reputation, we agreed to let her go. After awhile, and many hotel bills later, (Mom couldn't be away from her daughter that much), we decided to buy a condo on the beach so we could come up to St Augustine when we could to be there for Carly's basketball games, honor assemblies, Proms, etc. Seacrest was the perfect place because it was just being built and had everything we were looking for! We set up the condo with everything we could ever want. Unfortunately, we didn't get the opportunity to come to St Augustine as much as we had hoped, and the condo sat unused for a lot of the time. So now we decided that we would share our gem on the beach with you!

What makes this condo unique

The very best thing we love about Seacrest 203 is the view. It is so beautiful and relaxing and it is the thing we miss most when we leave! The second best thing we love is the way we set up the condo with a luxurious but comfortable vibe. We set it up as our second home and there are original art works throughout the space. The third best thing we love about Seacrest 203 is location... it is perfect. Being right on the beach was a must for us. Also we wanted to be close enough (5 min) to the hustle and bustle of St Augustine downtown historical area, and also be able to easily come back to Seacrest 203 to the privacy and relaxation of Vilano Beach. The best restaurants in St Augustine are close to Seacrest. Most restaurants in the area have spectacular views overlooking the water or marina. The road it is on, Coastal Hwy (A1A), is paved beautifully with a wide bike path for cyclists to ride along the shore all the way to Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville. For golfers, there are great golf courses in this area. Publix grocery store is within walking distance. There are many things that you will love about Seacrest 203... we can't wait to hear what is your favorite thing!

Awesome time! We had a blast!

Everything was great! beach, views, weather, food, and so on. The only things I noticed, but did not hinder our stay were small things.

1) cable box in master needs replacing

2) the panel over the kitchen light kept slipping off

3) the door to the patio seems uneven and wouldn’t lock

Nothing to ruin the awesome time my boys and family had. We had a really good time and will be back!

Better Than Expected

The condo was even nicer than we expected, very clean and well maintained, the kitchen had nice equipment and everything you need. We really liked the area. Since public beach access was pretty far away it was almost like having your own private beach, but with everything you could want just across the bridge. Walking up to the point of the bay was a nice walk with views of the fort, lighthouse and old historic buildings Ellie was great to work with. I look forward to going back again.

What a wonderful place! Quiet beach but only a few minutes away from so much to do!

This condo is just wonderful! Spacious, clean, comfortable and all the beach gear you would need! So nice to have extra beach towels, beach chairs, even boogie boards! The washer and dryer were newer, full-size models, the kitchen had everything you would need, big spacious bedrooms and a comfortable living room! But our favorite part was the close proximity to the beach...just sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves with a cup of coffee or glass of wine was wonderful! A nice surprise was having an elevator! Truly a very comfortable place to stay!

Beautiful

We stayed for a week the end of April and the condo was perfect for two couples to share. It is very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Ellie was a dream to work with and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our time there.

The condo was well stocked with quality products you expect to find in a fine home. Appliances were top end, beds were very comfortable, efficient central heating/cooling, operational fireplace, all the beach gear anyone could want, quality kitchen stocked with quality utensils, very convenient to the beach, and wonderful accommodations for sleeping six. Fast and easy to access WIFI. With a Publix supermarket, liquor store, pizza restaurant, oriental restaurant three blocks away, we had the choice of cooking in or eating out. And when one takes the short drive into St. Augustine there are so many opportunities for shopping, sight seeing, learning its history, and sampling many cuisines at a variety of restaurants.

Coordination with VRBO was simply, efficient, and we got great service. We absolutely loved our stay at this condo and plan to return!
