Sea Garden House is a charming holiday home set in a quiet area and with direct access to the beach from its garden planted with grape vines. It is ideal for families or groups of friends. The guest will enjoy its large terraces and outdoor areas, with sea and garden views, and cooking outdoors on the traditional grill.

The house is on 2 floors. On the upper floor is a large open plan living, dining, kitchen room with doors that open onto a dining terrace. On this floor are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the second one with 2 single beds, and 1 shower room.

On the ground floor is a self contained studio apartment with small kitchen, large double bed and a shower room. Sleeping for a third person is on the sofabed

The 2 floors are connected by external stairs. Parking is on the street directly outside the house. The house has air conditioning and free wifi.

At 6km away Supetar is easy to reach and provides the guest with plenty of amenities, shops, water sports, tennis, restaurants and vibrant night life. The ferry to Split goes from here. a two storey building of 2 apartments with terraces overlooking the village and sea.

Getting to the Property: Dalmatian Property Management office in Supetar will supply photo directions on how to get to the property, the keys of the property and all information’s about region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. In a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help and at your service throughout your stay in one of the properties we manage.

Nice access to the beach but!!

I booked this property due to direct access to the beach thought it did look a little old fashioned inside but thought it would be okay , When we arrived the garden looked nice plenty of fruit trees sun was shining and the beach was easily accessible,the problem started when we opened the front door the property smelt old and unaired In general the whole apartment had issues towels were not clean smelling or the bedding the mattresses smelt funny the toilet smelt strongly of urine and the most uncomfortable settes that I have ever sat on.There was no kettle or toaster and facilaties were very poor I am not a sun worshipper but I would rather have stayed outside and didn't enjoy being in the property at all. I would not recommend this property at all and feel sorry for anyone who has the property in the future.one positive thing I will say is that the views are lovely from the property across the coastline.

Owner's Response: We are happy that the guest enjoyed the location of the house, on the beach and with a nice garden and great views. But we are very sorry that they didn't contact us upon their arrival about the things that they were not happy about. They only told us upon their checkout when it was too late to correct anything for them. We would very much have wanted to correct all we could. Upon receiving the guest complaint on departure the owner immediately installed the missing items like the kettle and replaced the old items like the cutlery. We have rented this house since 2013 and no other guests have made complaints at the inventory and about the cleanliness of the house and smells. If the guest had advised us on their arrival of any cleaning issues or smelly towels and bedding we would have sent the cleaner the same day to remedy these for them.

Come in the high season of July and August you’ll find Splitska quiet and peaceful with Supetar being vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe. Try out Dalmatian cuisine and sample the friendly bars and cafes of the village. Get up early in dawn and participate in fisherman’s daily routine. Alternatively rent a car and visit famous beaches of Island, ride to mountain Vidova Gora and visit the highest peak of Dalmatian islands that provides spectacular view almost to the Italy. If you take 45-minute ferry ride from Supetar to the town of Split you can wander through the one of the most famous tourist resorts in Croatia 1700-year-old alleyways of the Diocleceans Palace. For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October. Easy and regular access to the mainland makes it a great place for a convenient base from which to visit the historic sites of Split
