About Tiffani Larsen
I was born and raised here in Hot Springs. I have had a love for very old homes since I was a teenager. I Fell in love with the little home the first day I saw it. The old home needed ALOT of TLC! I wanted the challenge, and I wanted to share it with others. I was sure I wanted to keep as much originality and character as possible. The house has a quirky, fun vibe and that’s exactly what I was going for. The renovations lasted about a year. I am looking forward to sharing this funky old house with many! I hope to purchase another old cottage in Eureka Springs in the next couple years.
Tiffani Larsen purchased this House in 2015
Why Tiffani Larsen chose Hot Springs
The Bankston House sets itself apart all on its own. The house was built in 1890 as servant quarters for the mansion next door. That house was destroyed by fire in the 1940s, and they rebuilt the red brick to the right. The mansion across the street, was Al Capone’s tailors home, later it served as a kindergarten. Today, it is a bed and breakfast. The location puts you exactly where you need to be downtown, walking anywhere! Downtown Hot Springs has had over 20 new businesses open last summer and more are expected in January 2018! New breweries, restaurants, boutiques, wineries, coffee shops, bakeries, escape rooms, dinner and magic shows, so much to do! If you want to stay in, enjoy the back patio and grill! We are dog lovers and know they are family, so bring your pet with! So many things to love about this old home!
What makes this House unique
We want our guests to feel completely at home while staying here. We have provided 3 growlers to take to the local breweries, so guests don’t have to buy them. Take them, fill them, enjoy great local beer, then simply rinse them out and leave on counter! A large assortment of toiletries in case you forgot something! Tons of brochures to look through with information on all of Hot Springs and what to do. We also left some really cool family things in the house , we wanted to share. On the bedroom wall, my great great grandparents marriage license hangs, from 1895. A beautiful old grandfather clock in the living area, was my fathers. The house also has art from local artists throughout for guests to enjoy. The Bankston House is truly one of a kind, come and see for yourself!

Charming, clean, cool (A/C)
My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. It was close to everything in town, and it felt a lot better than staying in a hotel.
We had the pleasure of staying in this historic little hideaway for a long weekend with our 2 children. I have so many great things to say about the this house, I hope I don't forget anything.
The bed was so comfortable and the bedroom had ample room to store our things. The kids also reported that the pull out couch was really comfortable. There are more than enough linens and towels.
The kitchen is well appointed. Everything you need for meal preparation. The owner has provided a list of local restaurants as well as discount coupons if you prefer to eat out.
There is wifi and Netflix to keep the kiddos entertained. Plenty of room for lounging in the living room.
It's just a short 2-4 minute drive to Downtown and Bath House Row. The house is walking distance to town and restaurants but we chose to drive.
The owner, Tiffani, was very easy to contact and responded promptly. When our daughter left her tablet behind, Tiffani contacted us and ensured that it made it back to us safely.
I would definitely rent this home again because of the charm, location and comfort but most all because of Tiffani.
Lovely cottage with great location!
We loved our stay here! The cottage was just perfect—very nicely decorated, comfy bed and couch, clean and well appointed and it stayed nice and cool in the 100 degree heat!! Easy walk to everything downtown. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Hot Springs. This place is leaps and bounds better than any hotel we would have gotten.
Perfect location and charm
This wonderful old charming home is in the perfect location to downtown. The owner went beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome. We will deffinately be back.
We enjoyed being in walking distance to downtown! The house is adorable and nicely decorated. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Great place to stay. Convenient location. Quiet!!
Tiffany was very helpful and responsive. Enjoyed stay very much. Only issue I had was not having regular network TV . . . . Otherwise all was great!!
