In the town centre, fully renovated 53 sq.m apartment with 10 sq.m terrace

The apartment is located right above the Alfama, in front of the Miradouro de Graça and the Castelo Sao Jorge, in an authentic and bustling area on the heights of the Alfama hill. It was renovated in 2013 and is now fully equipped. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen a dining room, and a furnished terrace.

- Bedroom 1: queen size bed (160 cm), two windows (one of which has a balcony and offers a view of the town and the 25 de Abril Bridge)

- Bedroom 2: bunk beds (90 cm) + extra bed

- Bathroom with a bathtub

- Dining room with view of the convent of Graça

- Comfortable sofa bed (Rapido system) for 2

- Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, espresso machine, washing machine, refrigerator, and induction hobs

- Terrace with barbecue/plancha, table for 4 to 6 people

The apartment is not overlooked on the side of the terrace. The building faces the Graça Park. It is located in a very quiet area and offers an exceptional view of the Old Town (with the convent of Graça, the Alfama hills, the Castelo Sao Jorge), the Tage and the 25 de Abril Bridge.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Graça district, 100 m away from the terminus of the famous Tramway 28. The area offers plenty of restaurants and shops (5 bakeries and cake shops, 2 fishmongers’, 3 butcher's shops, 1 supermarket...) as well as many services (launderette, cybercafé, gas station, banks, newspapers...).

The apartment is fully equipped with dishes, towels, and sheets.

It is located on the third floor of an historic building (typical façade covered with azulejos) which was entirely restored in 2013.

You only need 10 minutes to get to the airport. There is a large taxi station 100 m away and the metro is within walking distance or you can take the Tramway 28 to get to it. If you have a car, you can easily park at the foot of the building, which is quite unusual in Lisbon.

Great apartment, great city

We've just enjoyed a lovely 6 days in Lisbon, on our first family holiday with our 6 month old son. As a city, Lisbon was an excellent place to get out and explore (if you're ready for the hills!), public transport was easy to use and child friendly (a mixture of using a sling and buggy depending on the mode of transport) and people were very helpful when they saw we had a baby with us, giving up seats, letting us go to the front of a line or just generally having a friendly chat.

This apartment was an excellent base for exploring from, with a lot within walking distance (again, be prepared for the hills!). We felt very welcomed by Rita, who provided us with all we needed to know about the apartment, Lisbon and made herself available should we need any further help. The apartment was just as described and very comfortable, and we were provided with a travel cot for our son. The views from the balcony were lovely and the park that it overlooked was great!

As said before, be prepared for hill walking (or using a taxi!) and that the apartment is on the third floor. This was never a problem but it did mean a lot of stairs at the end of the day! Excellent exercise to counteract the many pastries consumed during our holiday however!

Perfect place in Lisbon!!

We loved staying in this charming, spacious, quiet and well located apartment! Erland, the owner, and Ana, who met us, were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The listing was accurate - the place was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with combined kitchen, dining, and living room plus two bedrooms and full bath.

The large balcony does look right out to this park and view which is wonderful and provides air and light. We loved sitting out having morning coffee or drinks and snacks later in the day.

The apartment location is excellent - just 10 minutes up the hill to the famous #28 trolley stop in Graca and an easy 10 minutes down the hill to Baixa, a Metro stop, and the rest of the amazing city. We walked everywhere in the city easily and quickly from the apartment.

We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely rent again.

Very nice!

Very nice apartment, ideal base to explore Lisbon!

Everything was as advertised. Ana and Rita were kind hosts. Rita received us and gave a thorough introduction of pretty much everything. Thank you for that!

We used the apartment as a couple. Based on the overall facilities, we would recommend it for couples or families with up to two kids. Usually we ate breakfast in the apartment and went out for the other meals. Nearby Largo da Graça provided stores to obtain any supplies we needed.

Typically we set out on foot to explore the city. If it was a bit farther we walked to Martim Moniz metro station and started from there. At the end of the day, the terrace facing the park was perfect for a nightcap.

For our next visit to Lisbon we will certainly check whether this apartment is available again.

Appartement vraiment sympa et très bien situé : tram 28, Alfama tout près et quelques bons restaurants pas chers à 5mn de marche. Tout a contribué à nous faire passer un excellent séjour.

Excellente prestation et bonne localisation

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce très bel appartement dans le quartier Graça. Tout pour cusiner, lits confortables. Grand balcon agréable avec très belle vue sur Lisbonne et l'église Graça. Petites épiceries et restaurants à proximité. Près d'un arrêt d'electrico (tramway).

Excellent séjour

The apartment is very convenient : well equipped and well fitted out flat. All necessary electronic device are present + free wifi. Beds are comfortable. Above all, the location is fantastic. The location in Graça is very convenient : 10 minutes walking from a big subway station (Martim Moniz) with bus and tram, 15 minutes from Praca da figueira and 10 minutes go down from the typical Alfama area. Graca is a lively area with supermarket, pastry, butcher, restaurant where we can live as Portuguese people. We rented a car for 3 days to go to Sintra and Alentejo and we had no issue to park the car in the street. Last tip, the view from the flat is tremendous with nobody in front. We hardly recommend this location. It was a good surprise for us and our children.
